Yearly paradise visit

What can we say about our gracious thoughtful host and this amazing property . It is thoughtfully stocked with anything and everything you will needFor the week . The grounds are immaculate and offer edible . Easy walk to the restaurants in Esperanza. Pool and grounds are maintained daily . We always look forward to our next return . The layout between the main house and poolside bedrooms makes it easy to blend large groups or two families .

Love this property in Beautiful Vieques!

Our group of friends were at La Casona Blanca for twelve nights in January, 2025. The property is even nicer than the pictures in VRBO. The place is spectacular, clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for a great Vieques vacation. Charles was around to answer questions and the pool was cleaned and property maintained while we were there. My husband and I have vacationed in Vieques a few times and we enjoyed sharing the island with friends at this gorgeous property. The separate bedrooms and bathrooms made it very nice for a group of unrelated friends. (I counted ten showers, two outdoors) We were able to walk into Esperanza or to the nearby beaches. We also rented a vehicle from the owner. It doesn’t get much better than a vacation in Vieques visiting the pristine beaches and relaxing at the amazing La Casona Blanca.

Beautiful property and well stocked

The property was lovely and just as described. The foliage was incredible! The kitchen was stocked well with all the items you'd have at your own home.

This is our go to place when visiting Vieques . Great walkability to the restaurants on the Boardwalk and several beaches . We always look forward to our next stay here and the owner, Charles , is an amazing host that is thoughtful and intuitive .

Amazing property

If you are staying in Vieques, this is the best place on the island. The property is beautiful! The owner responded very quickly to all my questions. I can’t wait to come back. Very easy check in and checkout process. Plenty beach chairs, umbrellas and other items for the beach. The view at sunset from the 3rd floor was beautiful. Three of the rooms have their own room PIN codes. Our guests in those three rooms said it felt like their own hotel suit each. The rooms in the house were very nice too. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Gorgeous property!

This a great rental for a large group. Everyone has their own bathroom and there is plenty of room for relaxing. The view from the top floor is 360 and you can see the ocean. Property manager was responsive and check out was easy. AC was nice and cool.

Our magical home away from home twice a year

We love walkable areas for shopping and restaurants and this location is the best. This is great place to stay with family in main home and guests in the apartments around the pool in this meticulously maintained compound . Great pool and we get to walk to our favorite restaurants on the island . There are several hidden beaches an easy walk down the hill. I am Taxi +1 (787) 909-4921 Is always ontime and can take you to places outside of walkable range ( Tin Box ).

Best Stay Ever

La Casona Blanca was our own personal retreat complete with pool, outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen, laundry, spacious bedrooms etc., in a beautiful setting surrounded by native plants and flowers! The property was very clean and well cared for. Our gracious host Charles quickly responded to all questions and offered a vehicle for us to rent which made our island excursions possible. We could not have been happier! Best stay ever!

Amazing house!

This house was everything we wanted and more! The house was very clean and the rooms were very spacious! The outside space is wonderful! The pool was clean and taken care of daily! We stayed 9 days and if we needed anything the host was definitely right there to help! As far as beach stuff this house has everything you need and plenty of it. Just WOW! Our stay at this property could not have been any better. We were impressed by the beautiful architecture, lush well kept gardens, panoramic views from the upper floors, and the great communication, responsiveness and helpfulness of our host. The attention to detail was everywhere you looked - from the thoughtful welcome gift to the well stocked kitchens (indoor and out), all the beach gear, the comfortable bedding and the great towels (both beach and bath). The photos really can't do this place justice. We were traveling with my brother and sister-in-law and our 4 grown kids. We travel together every year and we cannot wait to return to this property. We are in love with Vieques and the town of La Esperanza in particular. The location of this property was walking distance to restaurants and small grocery. Shout out to our host Charles and his amazing crew that did everything possible to make our stay fabulous!

Private paradise in Esperanza

Very unique and Amazing property. It’s Walking distance to the strip in Esperanza. Very secure safe, fully walled lot with lush gardens, a pool and beautiful views. Tons of pool/beach items and towels even a welcome bottle of honey and the local rum. We walked to lunch and dinners every night. We used the vieques taxi to and from a chartered boat snorkeling excursion with nauti-mermaids and the airport (we had no trouble with them not answering but probably smart to pre-arrange). We rented a car but really only used it to drive to the beach. You could definitely get away with a 4 wheel drive golf cart or technically no car if you don’t plan on exploring much outside of Esperanza (they do have a walkable beach there). Loved the walls for privacy, security and keeping the horses out…..they really are everywhere. Pool, wind chimes, Fruit, flowers, trees, Birds, lizards and iguanas in the yard made it feel like our own private paradise. The bedrooms and main floor stayed nice and cool. The house was super clean. We were a party of 5 And used 3 of the rooms. The layout worked well. It could work for a much bigger party. I think there are six rooms total but he only unlocks the one you plan to use. The bedrooms in the main house were very quiet but the frogs and roosters are pretty loud from the individual rooms near the pool so recommend earplugs or noise canceling headphones. From what we saw This is likely the very best place to rent on the island; Definitely recommend.

Relaxing Vacarion

This wasn’t our first time to stay here . Everything advertised and then more at this lovely home and group of apartments . It’s a nice walk to many of the island’s best restaurants, cocal beach and black sand beach . The owner / host , Charles , is wonderfully responsive and generous . Looking forward to oir bext stay .

Family Fun

The property is beautiful and had just enough rooms for a family of 7. Food vendors are in walking distance of the property. We had the opportunity to tour some of Vieques but weren’t able to tour San Juan and do some activities due to the rainy weather. However, overall the trip was definitely a success, pure relaxation and family love.

Great option!

The property is beautiful, with many provided amenities. The AC worked great, beds, towels and pillows all in great condition, plenty of dishes for indoor and out, option to rent a car on site, lots of pool floats, beach chairs, coolers, etc. Location offered great views, ample space for groups as well as ability to walk to town. Provided the chance, would stay again!

Wonderful Vacation in Vieques

The vacation property was absolutely perfect for our group. The home and outdoor living spaces are absolutely beautiful. The check-in process was simple and the host was very easy to communicate with. This was our second trip to the island of Vieques and our first stay at this amazing property. Absolutely an unbelievable experience!

I cannot even put into words how amazing our stay and experience was at Charles' home! It is by far the most gorgeous and thoughtful designed home I've ever stayed in. The photos on the listing are great, but they don't do this home justice, as it's even better when you see it in person. I stayed there with my wife, 4 teen kids, and two members of our extended family, and every one of us was blown away when we arrived! Charles actually met us there when we checked in, and he could not have been a more accommodating and responsive host. We would not hesitate to go back, and if you don't end up making plans to stay there yourself, you'll be missing out on an opportunity if a lifetime!

Truly Paradise

When you first arrive, everything about this property is breathtaking from the third floor views of the ocean and islands to the pool and bar area. The spacious bedrooms gave intimacy and privacy while the common areas are stunning and great for gathering. The location was well within walking distance of restaurants, meeting point for Bio Bay Tours as well as other activities, and Esperanza Beach. While we ventured out to enjoy the island, we could have stayed on property because it was truly beautiful, secure, and accommodating. Charles was fantastic with the booking process and communication throughout. This property is great for large or small groups. We would absolutely recommend staying here as you will not be disappointed.
