Penthouse Water View, Steps to Sandy Beach
Breathtaking water views as far as the eye can see! You will take in colorful skies at Sunset with a view that reaches to downtown St. Pete. This top floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you will need for your beach vacay. Beach access is directly across the street and you are a block from John`s Pass Boardwalk.
A heated pool with sun deck, hot tub, gym, covered parking space in the garage for 1 vehicle. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a buggy!
We are located on the top floor, accessed by elevator with an interior entrance off the hallway. Once inside, the view will remind you why you decided to book this condo.
A fully stocked kitchen with essentials to cook meals and a dining area that seats 6 guests. The King Suite Master bedroom is located off the living room with master bath attached.
The guest bedroom and a separate full bathroom are located down the hall across from the kitchen. This bedroom features a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top (the upper bunk is best suited for children, with a 100 lb weight limit). A laundry closet with a washer and dryer is conveniently located in the same hallway.
We’re a dog-friendly condo, welcoming up to two well-behaved pups (dogs only). A pet fee applies. Please message us prior to booking for approval and include your pet(s) in your reservation once confirmed. Dogs must be house-trained and non-destructive.
Please note: any damage caused by pets will result in additional charges beyond the standard pet fee.
Guests have full resort privileges to access most amenities including a well equipped gym located in the adjacent building.
Heated Pool and Hot Tub, Beach access across the street via a public crosswalk and the ability to park one (1) vehicle.
The resort is walking distance to John`s Pass Boardwalk, which features numerous restaurants, shops and fun things to do including boat and jet ski rentals.
Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.
I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.
Please Note House Rules! By booking this home, you are agreeing to the following rules:
Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book and stay at this property.
Maximum Occupancy 6 persons within the home at any time.
No Parties! No Gatherings!
No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis.
No Smoking! Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.
Quiet Hours 10PM to 8PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors as this is a family friendly resort community. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests.
- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- Parking Pass is issued for a Standard private passenger vehicles - 1 only NO other vehicles.
- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony or any public visible area.
- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony
- Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board, the surface can be damaged
- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors and to do the dishes.
