Tequila Sunset is just steps away from a beautiful beach.

This stunning upscale house is fully furnished with an open floor plan in tropical island style.

We are situated in an ideal and convenient location on the calm Caribbean side just north of the quaint settlement of Gregory Town Eleuthera Bahamas.

The villa's superb location is convenient to Eleuthera's 2 airports, pink sand beaches, fabulous restaurants and shopping. Gregory Town is the home of the famous Pineapple Festival, Surfers Beach, The Cove Restaurant and Resort plus Sunset Grill where you may see locals perform.

You will love the spectacular views of the Caribbean sea with the turquoise waters. It is one of the best snorkeling areas around. Enjoy kayaking or relaxing on the beach.

Sit back and relax on the spacious patio with a cocktail and enjoy the view while soaking up the Caribbean sun during the day and the stunning star filled skies at night. Take a dip in the turquoise waters all while delighting in the spectacular views. Feel your cares fade away as you watch the beautiful sunsets.

This is a true worry free experience. The house is incredible and fully stocked. The property manager Wally couldn’t be kinder and more accommodating. Rena the owner couldn’t be more warm and welcoming. The view couldn’t be more breathtaking… honestly the easiest 5 stars. It’s the most memorable and beautiful place. The beach is the whole point and it’s a stay away from the hustle. It’s safe, clean, and homey. We loved everything about it.

The property was absolutely perfect!! Fully equipped with all your needs and conforts. The views and access to the water was beyond the BEST we have encountered. The host was very responsive and the Island was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here for your visit to this area.

What a view. The property was awesome felt really homey but the highlight was definitely that view from every place you looked. Great spot.

Four of us stayed at the house and there was plenty of room and everything that we needed. Wallace was very helpful with any questions we had or anything that we did need help with. The beach had the best snorkeling on the island. Overall we had a fantastic time and I am so glad we stayed. If I decide to visit Eleuthera again, this is where I will book. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place to stay. Ideal location with great snorkeling just outside the door. Wallace the manager was very helpful and helped us arrange a car rental and delivery of lobsters and fish!

The kitchen was fully equipped and had plenty of everything. The house was spacious and offered wonderful Caribbean views. Bathrooms are modern and nice. There’s plenty of outside seating. Location is ideal to beaches and restaurants. The caretaker, Wallace, was attentive and helpful. The owner, Rena, was very communicative and responsive. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The view is amazing and the location is perfect. We absolutely loved the quietness of the island, friendly people and of course Wallace. It was a nice get away, I would have never dreamed you would need a heavy coat and stocking hat in the Bahamas! We might need to try it again sometime.

Wonderful spot for hosting

Perfect Location and Property

Stayed 10 days end of March 2025. The location, house and property were perfect for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the many beautiful beaches and local eateries in the area. We are already planning a return trip in 2026.

Great Location - Great Time!

This property was clean, well appointed, and convenient to Driggs, Targhee, and Jackson. The hosts were gracious and allowed us to bring our elderly dog. We had a great time and would gladly stay there again!

Wonderful location, well appointed home.

Enjoy our stay. With a beach and Oleander reef just steps away the large 3 bedroom house is wonderful for 2-3 couples or large family. A large kitchen allows for the option of eating in, or reheating food from one of the local restaurants

Family get together at Tequila Sunset!

Large property with a lot of room to enjoy family time. Great deck and private beach access, fantastic snorkeling right off the beach! close to north Eleuthera airport and sight seeing areas. Throughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Will be back soon!

The best escape in the Bahamas

We loved our stay at Tequila Sunset. The house is right by the water. Swimming at Sunset was magical. The host is very responsive, kind and helpful. Highly recommend her place. Make sure to explore the island, Spanish Wells, Harbor Island while you’re there.

We ate breakfast and dinner in and found the kitchen had everything (except a machete to open coconuts lol!) we need. Lunches out gave us a chance to meet locals and try great seafood. We also used the outings to check out other beaches. Wallace the property manager was so helpful and helped us with a rental car that could hold 6 as well as introduced us to Forster who brought us local fish fillets and lobster to cook.The home has kayaks, a paddle board, snorkeling gear, floats and boogie board. Wow! It was the best family vacay because there are options to rest or be active right there on the property.

Great location!

We loved our stay in Gregory Town. Its hard to find a house on the sunset side and this place was perfect. Great snorkeling right out the front door, and so close to the town. Junkanoo in Gregory Town this year was an added bonus! Wallace and Rena were so easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

We are originally from CT and now reside in SW Florida.

We have been married for over 36 years.

Tequila Sunset was purchased by us for a vacation getaway and our retirement home for the future.

We traveled through out the Bahamian islands for years together and always dreamed of having our own place to come back to every year.

During our many travels we were finally asked what is it that you want exactly for a vacation home? We said quiet, laid back, not too built up but has necessities and great beaches.
That is how we landed in Eleuthera. No regrets!

The island is very safe and the people are so friendly.

We finally bought our piece of paradise and we want to share it with others.

When we first pulled up to our property we knew this is where we wanted to be.

The water views from the kitchen, living room etc.. sold us.

The kitchen is spacious with plenty of room to entertain.

We have the best snorkeling right outside the house.

The fishing is great and kayaking is awesome in this area.

The sunsets are the best right from the patio.

Every night we meet on the patio (alone or with friends) and enjoy our shot of tequila with the beautiful sunset.
