Book a stay at your home-away-from-home nestled in the heart of Lee’s Summit. This 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is centrally located in between Summit Fair and Historic Downtown Lee's Summit. The primary suite offers a walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, and futon for additional seating or sleeping. The fifth bedroom can be found on the lowest level, doubling as an entertainment space. The sunroom has a dedicated workspace that opens up to a spacious patio, ideal for grilling or relaxing.

Family gathering

We had a great time in KC. The house is an easy drive to city, close to restaurants, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The home was exactly as pictured with lots of space to spread out. It was clean with lots of fluffy towels, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely book again.

We were in town for a family wedding at The Stanley, downtown Lee’s Summit. This property was the perfect location, only a 4 minute drive! We had a great time and the house is amazing!!

Perfect stay!

This was a beautifully remodel of an older home close to downtown Lee's Summit. We stayed four nights and had exactly zero problems or issues. I cant think of a single negative about this location.

The Perfect Lily Pad

Centrally located in Lee’s Summit with easy access to all local attractions. Tucked into a quiet suburban setting, this was the perfect place to accommodate my family+ when visiting for my grandson’s HS graduation. Our week stay could not have been better and our host more than gracious and supportive. Will definitely stay again next time we have a large family gathering in the area. Thank you Derek for sharing this amazing home. 💗💕💗

Fantastic Property

We had 6 staying here and there was plenty of space, all the amenities we needed, and a great host who was responsive and accommodating. The location is a short drive from everything you'd need, the neighborhood is quiet, and we will definitely look at staying here next time we're in the area.

Family Home in Lees Summit

Couldn't dream up a more perfect place for 2 sets of grandparents, 2 teens, and 3 other adults to all stay! Was the perfect amount of room and in the town I adore.

Plenty of room for 12 to sleep and gather. Clean and two driveways for parking. Will stay again if we are in the area.

Great location and updated!

We were in town for a long weekend for a family wedding. This is an older home, but updated very nicely! Very clean and lots of space. Property contact was very responsive and timely.
