Place was beautiful and fully stocked with everything I needed. Hot tub was fantastic. Could not have been more pleased with everything. Location was perfect, in the middle of everything.

Great location and unit has all you could need. Hot tub was being serviced when we arrived which was a bit odd but overall had a great experience.

This property is the perfect stay for a ski trip and easily accommodates two couples or a family of 4-5. Nicely appointed on each level and very close to everything in Silverthorne.

Winter Stay - 4th St Twnhouse Feb 2024

We had a very enjoyable trip! We hope to be able to return. The fireplace was lovely and the rooftop view excellent. The check-in and check-out procedures were very easy. One of the best short term vacation experiences we've had so far!

Great location w private hot tub

Only 20 steps from food, beer, coffee, and crepes... and a very nice layout with open concept kitchen and family room. The garage was tall enough to fit our cx9 w/ top carrier and was long enough for easy loading and unloading out of the snow!

Frisco / Wedding weekend.

Our original reservation was set for Silverthorne and moved to Frisco to accommodate a quiet environment so I could work remotely due to construction work. The move was perfect and Summit Rental was so responsive! Looking forward to returning. The property was beautiful!

Rooftop view for miles

Location was very central to nearby cities and local businesses/eateries. Picturesque views from rooftop deck. Hot tub was very therapeutic after a long days hike. Kitchen and coffee bar very well appointed and stocked with needed cooking essentials and basic spices. Due to downtown location deep in the heart of everything, traffic noise was a constant.

Property was centrally located to restaurants and bars. Traffic noise can be bothersome. Stairs would be an issue if you have problems climbing stairs.

The place was very clean and centrally located. If I had any questions they responded immediately. I was working and not getting good WI-Fi and they went out of there way immediately and installed an extra router. Very satisfied with the overall experience. Highly recommend it.

Great location

Overall, my 10 days stay was satisfactory. The property was loaded with amenities. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have all the comforts of home, kitchen and laundry room. Having the bluebird market close by within walking distance was a bonus and having covered parking was also very nice. The only issue we had was really not of the condos doing, but the other condos that were rented around us had very loud guest who were up all night, long playing music, running in and out, hollering at one or two in the morning. We also heard a lot of traffic when we had the windows open for air circulation and then early morning, you heard a lot of trucks doing the deliveries for the bluebird market and also the trash and recycle bins was quite loud.
