Perfect little studio

Cozy little studio apartment with everything you need for a weekend getaway to Lancaster city. Close to all the restaurants, galleries, shopping and nightlife.

Great studio close to everything!

The Stevens studio was perfect for my 3 day trip to Lancaster! Convenient to everything downtown, clean and cozy. It had everything o needed and was very comfortable. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Lancaster.

We loved the location and the proximity to the market. However.. Questionable Fees: Charging an almost 100 cleaning fee and expecting us to wash our own dishes and take out the trash is a bit frustrating. Directions: Difficult to follow. The picture showing the door we were supposed to use was so small that it was difficult to see on phone. Need a sign with the apartment name clearly printed on or near the door. We walked into the wrong apartment while a family was eating dinner. Sound: There were ambulance and police sirens wailing past at all hours of the night.

We appreciate your feedback Chris. We’ve since reached out to VRBO regarding the blocking of our regular sized check-in images and instructions to allow for a smoother check-in process. The home is in a downtown city environment, and although the home has newer, double-paned windows, it is still in a city with occasional sirens.

The property was just as described and the location in the historic district perfect for our weekend stay in the city. I would say that the only negative was the lack of soundproofing with respect to the neighbors (voices as well as movement across old wooden floorboards:-) ), so if you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue for you.

Excellent

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this studio apartment in Lancaster. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to many restaurants and stores. Vincent was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great location 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants in every direction. Perfect size for 2. Could use a little more lighting.

Great Weekend in Lancaster

High marks for cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. My only suggestions for improvement are: coffee filters, new batteries in the ceiling fan remote control, conditioner in the shower, and a full length mirror somewhere.
