Only 2 minutes to KALAHARI Indoor Water Park... *View the Walk-Thru Video Tour* Casa Bluebonnet was crafted to be the place you are excited to visit and sad to leave.  It’s located just inside Round Rock, and near everything to do in Austin.  With its quick access to major thoroughfares, most activities and restaurants are a short 2-10 minute drive.
For example: Kalahari, Round Rock Express Baseball, Old Settlers Baseball Fields and Round Rock Outlet Mall are all extremely close... Thoughtfully designed with every luxury in mind - Swimming pool with plenty of seating, Spacious living room with high ceilings, Play area for the kids with numerous games & puzzles, and 2 luxurious bathrooms.  This one-story home is in a quiet neighborhood and offers 4 Bdrms. A total of 5 Beds - 1 California King,  2 Queen beds, and 2 Twin beds. The home will easily accommodate up to 8 people... Also, up to 2 dogs are welcome, but not allowed in pool or on beds... Sorry, no parties allowed.

Spring Break getaway

Wonderful location and home. Outdoor furniture could use a sprucing up, but this is definitely a 10/10 stay and host!

Great property, excellent service

The property was great, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Chet and Maribel were a delight to work with.. helpful in every way including local restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend and would look to stay again when I travel for work. Thank you so much for a great stay!!

Perfect for Girls Weekend

The house was perfect for our Girls Weekend! We came for Two Step Inn. The location was great and the house nice and cozy. We hope to be able to book again next year.

Family get together

Great house for our family to reconnect and relax for a few days. Close to restaurants, parks and water parks.Comfortable and spacious, this house was perfect for us. The pool was a wonderful bonus!

Perfect place

We had a baseball tourney in round rock. This house was perfect. Clean house with great pool. Located centrally to everything we needed. Would 100% stay there again. Owners were very communicative and helpful.

Birthday Family Stay

Casa Bluebonnet was amazing. We stayed for my daughters 1st birthday. Would 100% stay there again. The hosts were quick to respond and very friendly. The home was so clean, decorated very nicely, beds were comfortable, and the pool was perfect for a July summer day. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was by far my favorite!

Family fun!!!

Check in was easy. We loved the house! The pool was awesome. No complaints from my family. Had so much fun at Kalahari. The house was so close to the park. Overall, we had a great time. I would definitely rent this home again.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals as a family, and this was one of the best experiences we have had. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood with an easy drive to the airport. The pool was a highlight for our family, and the primary bathroom was impressive enough that I would gladly copy it in my own home.The house was well stocked with dishes, spices, and other basics, and it felt more like a real home than a rental. Communication was excellent, and check-in was simple.What stood out most was the reliability of the hosts. In the rush to get my wife and five children to a 5 a.m. flight, I accidentally left behind a Canon R5 and lens worth about 4,000. The hosts quickly contacted me and shipped it back securely packed, without making an issue of my mistake.We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again next summer.

Great house

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and very comfortable for our family. It was a home away from home. Very convenient location . The most comfortable beds and bedding . The owners were wonderful and very accommodating. They helped us with recommendations for food and family attractions. We will definitely stay here again.We also loved all the board games and children’s books for the kids. Wonderful home!!

2024 Xmas in TX

Every year my family and I like to have experiences during Xmas and this one didn't disappoint. The house was beautiful, clean, and convenient, we were minutes from everything. Chet and Maribel were very accommodating, as we arrived hours earlier than expected and were able to check in early, there were also basic condiments available, which were needed. We'll stay again when in TX.

Bring your own

Toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags and some type of electronic device in case you need tv or sound to fall asleep. Owners were pleasant but not overly concerned that the only tv for family to use together was out for 2 of the 6 days we were there.

Becky, all amenities and toiletries were available. There were 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and 2.5 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen... You contacted us on Sunday (Father's Day) about the TV and the coffee maker. We replaced the coffee maker within 2 hours and the TV was replaced the next day (Monday morning)... We tried hard to replace these items immediately and apologies for any inconvenience during your trip.

FABULOUS!! As VRBO newbies, we spent a tremendous amount of time pouring through properties, reading reviews, etc. before choosing this home for our Spring Break gathering with our kids and grandkids and believe we found one of the best!The home is well kept, very clean, spacious and comfortable. There’s an abundance of towels, bed linens, bathroom and kitchen supplies allowing it to feel like home away from home. We ended up spending more time there than originally planned and were able to find everything needed to prepare meals and keep the grandkids engaged, occupied and happy, with the beautiful pool on the warm days and the supplied games/puzzles were a huge plus when the temps did not allow for pool use. Chet and Maribel were extremely accommodating hosts, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. They kindly provided recommendations on local restaurants and attractions in the area, which was most helpful.If the need arises, we would definitely use the property again without question.

This is a quiet family neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing trip away from your home. No interior steps and only 1 at the front door and 2 from the patio to the pool. The in-ground pool is spacious with plenty of seating. Also, the large trees provide plenty of shade from the sun while swimming. Quick access to major roads, restaurants and shopping.
