Cute/Cozy Place

Place was just as described in quiet neighborhood. Very pleasant stay and host was very kind who left us treats and drinks. Host was very responsive with quick replies.

Very comfortable

When Katrina said her property was fully stocked, she was not kidding. It had everything we needed plus some nice surprises. She responded very quickly to my questions. The property is located easily to access many various areas of Phoenix. We will stay again and recommend to friends.

Excellent

This was my very first VRBO experience and I'm afraid the bar is set very high. I'm almost afraid to explore any other properties. Every detail was taken care of above and beyond what's expected. Pantry and fridge with goodies along with toiletries. Spotless, beautifully renovated house in a beautiful little neighborhood, quiet and a 7 minute drive from Saks Fifth Ave. plus a gorgeous bakery few minute walk. Best of all, the owner should be teaching the course on hospitality. Unheard of these days even at the best hotels. We travel very frequently and normally stay at hotels, but what an eye opener .Hope to stay again very soon.

Amazing property and host!

We had the best experience with this property! The house is adorable and in a great location. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. She even set up a pack-n-play for us and stocked the house with snacks! I would highly recommend staying here!

Felt like at home

Katrina, the owner was very polite, communicative, friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Her property was very nice and we loved the decor. When we walked into the property we were pleasantly surprised. The aroma was wonderful, the decor was very well decorated and everything was spotless. Katrina even had welcoming gifts for not only us but our dog as well. The back yard was large and it was so nice to hang out at night by the firepit while our boys played a game of cornhole. We would rate this property a 20 out of 10. We would definitely book a stay at Katrina’s property next time we are in town.

Accommodations were far above our expectations.Our host has a wonderful.

When I'm not browsing mid-century modern decor, you'll probably find me curled up with a good novel.

We fell in love with this neighborhood and its quintessential classic Phoenix vibes after we moved to the valley. It's incredibly central and near many of my favorite spots, including the Biltmore, Camelback Mountain, Uptown & Downtown Phoenix, and Old Town Scottsdale.

The large shade trees in the front and backyard are the stars of the entire property. I love sitting in the backyard and watching the birds come and go.
