New building right in the middle of a local shopping, dining and just a short walk from the ocean makes this property quite the treat! A local restaurant is located in the bottom of the building and on the rooftop is a large, stunning pool overlooking the local area. Two bedrooms with queen beds, pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, two full bathrooms and your own private balcony as well. Complete kitchen, washer/dryer combo, and a/c in every room are waiting for you and your guests.

The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take a reading of the electric meter at the time of check-in and at the check-out and then calculate the energy cost based on consumption. If you use the A/C only at night, the costs should be approximately as follows:
• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.
• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.
• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.
✸✸Airport Pick-up and Drop-off✸✸
We can provide a complimentary FREE airport pick-up service to guests staying at this property (up to 4 guests). This service must be booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival and is available until 7:00pm local time. We can also provide airport drop-off services as well (up to 4 guests) with an addition charge of $30 for the drop-off.
✸✸Private Cooking and Cleaning Service✸✸
Another very unique option we can provide to our guests is the ability to have your own cook come and provide meal services for you by either cooking or delivering meals to the penthouse apartment. The cost for this service varies, so please contact us to inquire more about this.
