Excellent!

This property location was perfect for watching games at Daikin Park! It was far enough away that it was quiet at night but very close to bars along the walk to the park. We loved our stay here. The only thing on our “wish list” would have been cable tv, but maybe that’s not common with places in the USA?

Company conference retreat

This place has a great location to the convention center and worked great for 3 employees to stay at and get away from being cramped in a hotel room. Room to spread out and feel comfortable. Host communication was great and didn’t have any issues. Would stay again for conferences in Houston!

Nice place, easy walk to downtown

Property had everything advertised, beds were comfy. There are some great restaurants very close by. Would stay there again.

Great Location!

Property is minutes away from the convention district where we attended meetings during our stay. Price was comparable to hotels in the area but with lots of room to relax after a long day of business. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Awesome holiday!

Our family had a great stay in this beautiful townhouse. The location is central with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. If you like city living, you'll enjoy your stay here.

Our stay was great! The house was amazing. It was exactly where we wanted to be in downtown Houston because it was walking distance to certain establishments we went too. I would definitely recommend this house to future guest.

meetings at convention center

This property worked great for 3 couples attending meetings at the George Brown Convention Center. Great to all have our own space and nice to have a gathering area. It was an easy 10 minute walk and we really appreciated the resturants near by. Very fun atmosphere with great food.

Great location, easy check in. Gated property with garage storage for vehicles. If you’re in town for an event downtown this is a great option.

Great Spot for People Attending Conferences!

Absolutely loved this property! It was in such a great location, about a 6 minute walk to the George Brown conference center, 5 minute walk to some really good bars, and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. There were 9 of us in the VRBO and it never felt cramped. The host even allowed us to drop off our luggage early when our flight arrived before check in time, which was awesome! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our needs

We wanted a place close to Minute Maid Park so we could walk to the games. This place was a .8 mile walk. We felt safe and enjoyed the restaurants that were right there on the way.

Very spacious!

Just as pictured. Lots of space and in the downtown area. Very secure property. Perfect for us with the 3 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Would definitely rent again. Owner is very easy to communicate with.

The property was a gem! It was close to downtown, very close to excellent restaurants, Rodeo Goat being my favorite! The rooms were spacious and a private bathroom for each bedroom! The private parking garage was a game changer! It gave me a peace of mind knowing our vehicle was protected! A 5 Star property overall!

Great Stay

This was the best stay away homes I've ever rented and I have rented several. The house was amazing despite the stairs but we all got our steps in. Lol 😆. It had everything we needed. Definitely will be back.

A five-star stay!

This place far exceeded our expectations. It was great to be able to park in a garage, and the place was HUGE. The furniture and decor were delightful, and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the Toyota Center and restaurants. We had breakfast at a cute little place just around the corner. The complementary bottle of wine was an excellent touch. We highly recommend this place!
