The property itself was good however there was so much construction around we ended up checking out early as it was so loud. On the check out day we couldn’t even get the car to the garage to pack it. Had to carry everything a few blocks to get it to the car

We really enjoyed our stay over Fourth of July weekend. The price was a great value, especially considering how expensive everything else was that weekend. The parking was excellent, secure, and very convenient.The place felt very peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated. Even with a lot of activity going on around us during the holiday weekend, it still felt calm when we came back to rest and recover from the day.Overall, we had a great experience.

There were bugs everywhere which was the only downside. The bugs were on the kitchen table, furniture, countertops, beds. Communication was greatThe dryer didn’t work

I was really excited about this place off the reviews. Check in was easy. Place was dirty, mutiple rooms had hair all over the floor and walls. Just didn't feel clean. There was a huge bug when we walked in dead on the floor like it hasn't been cleaned that day. The dryer was so loud and ended up melting our clothes. ( the hosts response was finding a laundry mat when it ruined our clothes) we had food on the counter and had hundreds of ants in the kitchen and the living room (host response was don't leave food out)..... tvs didn't work, one room didn't even have a remote. Still a ton of road construction beware...

Poor communication and a very disappointing experience. The washing machines damaged our clothes. After reading other reviews, I saw that multiple guests had reported the same problem before, yet it appears the issue has not been addressed. Future guests should be aware.

Unfortunately, the house was not as expected upon arrival. The AC was not working at all, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable and miserable, especially since this is something that should have been checked and addressed prior to our arrival.In addition, the refrigerator began leaking water, and there was a significant ant problem in the living room area. Communication with the host was also very poor. Although someone did come out the following day to address the AC, we should not have had to spend our first day and night without air conditioning.I appreciate the hospitality and the attempt to resolve the issue, but based on the overall experience, I would not book with this host again.

The place was great. Good location, lot of space for 3 couples. Nice having a bathroom connected to each bedroom. Communication with the host wasn’t the best, but I would reccomend.

This was an excellent property for our stay. The only issues we had were the following which should easily be fixed. 1. Garage Key Pad - Did not work for us; 2. Garage Remote - it worked opening the garage door but was not programmed to open the property entry gate; 3. Refrigerator- The refrigerator water and ice maker did not work.Item 3 is my biggest complaint since you will need to go buy ice.I would definitely stay here again if the above item are repaired.

We really could not have asked for a better stay. The property was exactly as listed. It was clean and lovely and well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen items, some seasonings, coffee and bathroom supplies. We loved having a TV and a bathroom for each bedroom. Even though there is a lot of construction and renovation happening in this up and coming area it was very quiet and we slept well. The beds were comfy; the rooms were spacious. 1 bedroom on entry level and 2 bedrooms upstairs. There are very fun restaurants and bars in the area within walking distance. Leeland house had amazing brunch that we picked up. J & M BBQ has fun outdoor space and great food, about 2 blocks away. We felt very safe at the gated property with garage parking. Host was very responsive. Check-in and directions were all clear and easy. Thankful for this great spot to walk to the Shell Energy Center. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The property was clean, in an excellent location, and had everything we needed! Perfect place to stay with friends or family, allowing the flexibility to stay in and cook or go out to eat. Very central location to your visit to Houston.
