There was a slight mix up on having the cabin ready when we arrived. Lex went above and beyond to resolve and we had an excellent stay. Would definitely stay here again. The property is beautiful!

Beautiful property with comfortable beds and nice kitchen. The host lives nearby which is nice. The cabin has a lovely outside area with beautiful views. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need.

Words can not explain the beauty and serenity of this spot. We came here for out travels for Bryce Canyon . We would have stayed longer if we were not under travel constraints. Just a great place after our hikes

The place was exactly as listed. The property owner was so kind and helpful. If we are ever in the area we would stay again. It was an oasis in the desert and a relaxing stay.

This was such a beautiful place to stay! Tucked away on a family ranch, but still close to Bryce Canyon. The kids had a blast exploring! Lex (the owner) was friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Will stay again!

We stayed here for two nights and it was great! The property is beautiful with plenty of outdoor seating. The owners were welcoming and kind. The cabin has everything you need to be comfortable except there was no AC, but the nights were cool enough to open the windows the cool the inside down. Overall a great experience, would stay here again.

Beautiful property! Lex and Rose were very kind when we met them. Let us know that we could explore the property (as long as you close any gates you walk through). The stargazing is incredible, my wife and I brought our own camping chair to sit by the little lake and watched the stars for an hour. The little cabin is a great place for a couple or a small group traveling to Bryce Canyon or any other of the parks nearby. It’s not far from Panguitch, so any essentials, food, or gas you need is just a 15 minute drive away. Great little oasis in the desert! Highly recommend.

We could not have been in a better place or with better people. It was a wonderful stay. We wish we could stay longer. I’m so thankful it was even available.

Very peaceful setting. My grandson loved fishing from the canoe in the pond. Lex was a great host! Access to washer/dryer really was a bonus as we had been traveling and hiking for a week prior to arrival and needed clean clothes. Great location to access Bryce Canyon N.P.

It was a perfect setting for a family vacation. We went for a milestone birthday and it was amazing. There isn’t any electronics in the cabin, so there weren’t any distractions. It was a great compromise for camping vs a hotel. There is a fire pit right outside for use.

Great Getaway

Stayed here for honeymoon. Absolutely loved it. Perfect location for visiting the national parks down in southern Utah. Really enjoyed the welcoming party (two adorable goats ha). Great place for a more rustic getaway

Beautiful property and wonderful host!

We stayed at Azevedo Ranch on our family road trip through Utah. The property was beautiful and so fun for us to wander around and make friends with the animals, kayak around the pond and ended the day with s’mores around the campfire. It was a wonderful reset for our family!

The cabin on Azevedo Ranch was perfect for the two of us. Easy drive up to Bryce NP. Good restaurant options in Bryce City, Tropic and Panguitch. Nice little river walk on the property. Pond to walk around or fish in. Very relaxing and quite location. We picked up 15-20 birds on Merlin. Had breakfast every morning on the patio overlooking the pond and listening to the birds. The kitchen is good for simple dinners and breakfast. We mostly eat dinner out.

Magical locations

We stayed for 2 nights.The property is magical. The outdoor space is so green and peaceful and the kids enjoyed running around the ranch while we enjoyed a peaceful time my the fire pit. Would defiantly visit again
