The location is very close to hospital. Property is well maintained. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions or needs. Property is spacious and comfortable and welcoming.

We had a great stay at this home. The communication with the owner was great; clear and very responsive. Clearly the owner has put alot of thought into making this home a warm and inviting space. The kitchen is very spacious with modern appliances. The living area is very comfortable with plenty of space and couches for guests to come visit if you have an extended stay. The home is very close to medical center and lots of places to eat. I would highly recommend this home to others. We loved it!

Property was clean walked in and could smell it had just been cleaned. The property book was a little alarming because it made it seem like the property was a shared space which was not online. We didn’t sleep the first night thinking someone was going to come in For the locked bedroom or from the garage. Check out was a little earlier than I would have liked but I knew that in advance of booking. It was a nice stay overall.

This property is absolutely NOT a shared space. I don't know what gave you that impression. I wish you would have asked me as you would have been corrected. There is a garage apartment with its own separate entrance. You rented the main home unit. This is stated in the description.

Great house and location

The house was just as described. Very clean, spacious and well supplied in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the host. Easy all around. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, clean and roomy

We spent a long weekend at this property to visit with high school friends, family and friends. It was really a great property to spend time together. There are two living areas so it made it easy to have a couple of different groups of people visiting at the same time since there were three generations of family staying at the property. The property manager was extremely responsive to our questions and requests.

My mother is in the Methodist hospital and the property was incredibly close by. About five minutes. There is plenty of room for all of us. Property was incredibly clean. I mean it was spotless. It was the sort of place where you want to keep it clean just to keep it in the immaculate condition it already was. Host was great, if I had any needs sh helped me out. We ran out of trash bags and she had some delivered. A couple things that I would like to say is that the house does have a lot of steps up or down. Some of them are larger steps than others. If you are handicapped it might not be the place for you. Any laundry needs to be completed before 8:00 pm. Also I would suggest the host put a clock in the house. But overall this was a 10/10 stay. Thank you so very much for a pleasant stay.
