This home is a fully remodeled modular home. It has a large open concept Living room and Eat in Kitchen.
One wing of the home has 2 private bedrooms that both feature queen beds and shared hall bathroom.
The other wing of the home has Primary Bedroom featuring a king bed and attached private bathroom. There is an additional bedroom with two twin beds as well as the laundry room.
Of the front of the home you have a covered deck.

This property is a private house rental so we will not be on-site. There are multiple units on this property. So there may be additional guests in the common space. We have supplied starter packs to get your stay started. You will be responsible if additional items are needed during your stay.
Prior to check in we require a signed contract as well as photo IDs of the party the reservation is under( Driver's License, State ID or Passport).

Not at all what I expected from the stay- it was a short visit to see family nearby so it worked. I believe there could be some improvements to the cleaning (mold on shower curtains, floors had leftover debris from previous guests) instructions stated there were trash bags under the sink, there were none. Just not what I expected at all.

Posting shows a house but my rental was actually the ancient mobile home / trailer next door. Pictures in the posting are of inside the trailer. Due to odd odor inside and I was traveling with grands with allergies, I chose to move to a hotel doubling my expenses. Note rental agreement says “Under no circumstances will any of the rental money be refunded or returned because of the condition of the house”.

We’re sorry the guest chose to leave, but we want to clarify a few points for future guests. The property is clearly advertised as a mobile home, and the interior photos shown in the listing are of the actual rental unit. Exterior photos are not displayed until after a reservation is confirmed. The home the guest referenced attempting to enter is a separate property/listing and is not the rental they booked.
The unit is thoroughly cleaned and routinely treated with ozone between guests as part of our efforts to maintain a fresh, clean environment. When the guest reported an odor, we promptly investigated the concern, but no unusual or lingering odor was detected in the home.
Our rental agreement also clearly states that rental payments are not refundable based on the condition of the property. We understand that guests may have individual sensitivities or preferences, but we do our best to accurately represent the property and maintain it to a clean and comfortable standard.

The place was great, Vrbo website was issue
A great place to stay for four guys duck hunting. Will stay here again. Vrbo website was terrible. I received confirmation emails about the rental, but then couldn't communicate with the property manager due to the webiste saying we didnt have a property booked. We had to commicate directly. This was not a property manager issue, fully on Vrbo and their websire.
