As part of Lely Resort, this condo enjoys access to fantastic amenities, including discounted rates for 36 holes of championship golf, a palm-lined outdoor pool, a fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and cornhole. When you're not practicing your golf game, you'll be within a 12-mile drive of downtown Naples, Naples Beach, and Tigertail Beach on the shores of Marco Island.

Upon entering this polished, centrally air-conditioned space, you'll first notice the back wall of glass framing the screened lanai and the golf course beyond. The lanai is a beautiful place for lounging after a day at the pool, dining beneath the ceiling fan, and watching the passing golfers below.

The lanai connects to the open living space via three sliding glass doors, allowing you to bask in the balmy Florida weather at any time of day. Enjoy a comfortable sectional and a large smart TV in the living room, an adjacent dining space with a glass-top table, and a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a full-size washer/dryer.

Each bedroom is paired with its own TV and full bathroom, with the primary suite offering views of the golf course, direct access to the lanai, and a large bathroom with a soaking tub and a glass shower. The front sitting room doubles as an additional sleeping space as well.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
From November to April, you will receive a discounted rate for golf. From May to October, golf is free, and you will only have to pay a golf cart fee while redeeming free rounds at the clubhouse.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
