The condo features an open concept design, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), in suite laundry machines, a private balcony patio with a BBQ, high speed internet access and available secure on site parking.

This bright and airy apartment is in the perfect location! Only steps away from outdoor tennis courts and public parks, and walking distance from Stampede Park! You'll be just a few blocks from downtown, in the Beltline neighbourhood of Calgary's Design District.



For everyone’s comfort and in accordance with local regulations, we use a smart noise monitoring system (NoiseAware) that tracks decibel levels — not conversations — to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained.



The open concept design feels even more spacious with the floor to ceiling windows, offering fantastic views of the city! The living room has a pull out sofa bed and a 55" smart TV with Netflix. There is a dining table with space for 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Plus, you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your own personal grill!



The King sized bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and fantastic closet. This bedroom has a smart TV, and the whole condo is connected to high speed internet service. The Queen bedroom has sliding doors and comfortable bedding. The suite is also equipped with laundry machines for our guests to use.

Guest Access:

You will have exclusive use of this apartment. There is dedicated parking in the secure, underground parking garage for one vehicle at a cost of $20.00/night. There's also paid street parking nearby. The building is wheelchair accessible with a ramp at the entrance and an elevator to take you to your floor.



The Neighborhood:

The hip Beltline area is bounded by 17th Avenue SW, with cool boutiques selling fashion, retro furniture, vinyl and quirky gifts. Dining spans trendy taco joints, locavore eateries and Korean restaurants, while nightlife encompasses craft beer pubs, live music venues and dance clubs.
