The house is gorgeous, and in a great location. The host was responsive to any questions we had. Truly a great spot, and can’t recommend it enough!

Wonderful home!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was absolutely wonderful! The home is beautiful and exactly what is pictured. It’s a short drive to downtown Wilmington and the beach. Perfect spot for a home away from home.

Amazing pool & home!

The decor is beautiful, and the design of the master bedroom & bath is one of my favorites ever! This home has a great open kitchen and living area that leads out to a nice deck and very fun pool with ample seating. It is located in a quiet family neighborhood which we liked. We so enjoyed our stay here!

This house is beautiful! The backyard is very private and perfect for spending the day swimming. The inside was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Would highly recommend staying! Close to beaches and restaurants!

Great house for large family

Clean, welcoming, beds comfortable, fun things for the kids to do during their stay. Wish the pool was heated as we stayed during a cold-front and it was just too chilly to swim without it being heated. Great community and lots of food close by. We'd utilize this property again.

Fantastic

Great house, well laid out and close to everything. We had a group of 4 guys in town for work. The house was clean, very well kept and close to everything. Stephanie was awesome with her communication. We will definitely stay again when in the area for work.

Family Vacation 2023

I would recommend this property to all families. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is close to many shopping areas. It is just a short drive to either Wrightsville or Carolina Beach. The pool made a perfect afternoon/evening activity with the little ones when the beach became too much for them. My large family (6 adults and 3 kids) enjoyed our time away together. It was a great vacation!

Such a clean house!

My husband and I were in Wilmington for 4 days and truly enjoyed this house. It was 15 minutes away from everything. The house was very clean. There was room in the bedroom and kitchen to put away all of our things.

Exactly as advertised!!!

Two families of four stayed in the house and it is clean and well appointed. The furniture is comfortable and the house is spacious. Location is convenient to UNCW and the beach. Weather didn’t allow us to use the beautiful pool but it is huge and looked amazing. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home, great location

We decided to get a house instead of hotel rooms for our North Carolina Women of the Moose Rally Day. The home is less than 10 minutes away from the Wilmington Moose Lodge, so it was the perfect location for us. The beautifully decorated home is well appointed and slept 7 comfortably. However, there are only 2 bathrooms in the main house. The 3rd bathroom is out in the pool house. The backyard and pool are fantastic.

Great house for family or friends!

We arrived at a perfectly clean house with the kitchen stocked with mugs, glasses, utensils and cook wear. The basic stuff I feel like a lot of houses don’t provide enough of. There were plenty of bath towels and the location is great! Close to everything! We had 7 kids 10 and under and they LOVED it. It was really nice to have two dining tables to accommodate everyone as well! The pool is perfect and the neighborhood is very safe! We will definitely come back.

Amazing

This property has everything you need all in one place! We didn't even want to leave once we were there. The pool is amazing, the amenities are incredible, the decor, cleanliness, and provided supplies are above and beyond what we could hope for. We didn't have any issues during our stay and couldn't have had a better time. We came into town for a concert and to spend my son's 16th birthday, so this home was just what we needed to unwind, relax, and have fun. Thank you so much for providing a home away from home. If you choose this home, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent Stay!

This place was perfection! Everyone had more than enough room, and it was very easy to create a separate, quiet space for our 18 month old to sleep with the bedroom upstairs.

Wonderful Wilmington Getaway with Friends

Three 70 aged couples enjoyed a 3 night reunion, coming together from Charleston, Charlotte and Harrisonburg. The house was clean, well-decorated, and completely comfortable. We had our own private bedrooms as well as a spacious common area—kitchen, dining areas and living room. If only it had been warm enough in December to jump into the gorgeous salt water pool.

Great Wilmington Trip!

The house has been updated throughout and in a great neighborhood. It was very clean, with plenty of room for my family of 6. The outdoor space in the back yard is amazing including the deck, fire pit and pool. We will be returning next summer to enjoy the warm weather and pool.
