Thank you so much for the 5 star review Francielle. We appreciate it. We remember you calling re the pool heat. The pool heat was switched on for your arrival day and the pool just needed a little time to heat up once switched on. We sent someone out to check on this after you reported it, there was no issue and the pool did warm up beautifully for you in the end I believe. We would love to welcome you back to one of our properties in the future. Thanks for being such a great guest!

Thank you for your very positive and fair review. We would welcome you returning as a guest in the future. We are sorry to hear of the traffic issue getting into the community. Florida was very busy during your dates and so there was an influx of travellers at that time but I will mention this to the owner in case they can make any representations to the HOA to address your concerns. The pans and knives are all checked by our cleaning team and property management team before each guest to ensure that they are fit for purpose but again, I will pass on your observations. As for pool heat, we see most guests ordering pool heat from October through end of march and so this is advisable. The pool and rear of the property faces north west and so benefits from lots of lovely sunshine from about midday through the evening

You came at a busy time for Florida and there was a higher than normal influx of people coming into the community on your dates. The owner nor the property management company have no control over this unfortunately but will pass on your observations to the owner so he can share this with the HOA for the community. The AC in the property works perfectly and is serviced regularly. Most guests will set the AC to 80 when leaving the home, 74-78 when in the home and the system can go as low as 72 degrees if you wish FY

Thank you for your review which we read with interest and checked all points raised. As you can see from the last three reviews on this property, this is a 5 star property and described by other guests as "beautiful, spotless home", "nothing could have been better", "beautiful vacation home - more beautiful than online" and "super nice- 5 stars all way around". The property was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and our property management team went in after the cleaners and prior to your arrival to check the standard of clean. They did not on their pre arrival check see any clean issues at the property and we note that you did not contact them upon arrival to report any such issues as we ask our guests to do so if any issues found. You also did not mention any clean issues to the property manager 3-4 days into your stay when you called to report the clogged shower from hair and he attended to assist you with this. You did mention about the one leather chair in the games room which was peeling. The property management asked if you wanted it removed. You said no and you were concerned if it would give way. The property manager tested it out for you and demonstrated that it would not. On your instructions the chair was left in the property but has in fact subsequently been removed. The freezer has been checked and is not missing any racks. The fridge was also checked upon pre arrival check and had no food in it so we are unsure what you are suggesting here. The doorbell does not work. Again you did not mention it at the time but thank you for alerting us to this. The handyman will now repair this. The garbage bin outside the front door is dealt with by a third party trash valet company who sometimes leave bits in the bottom of the trash bin but the bins are emptied every day. We hope that you might give us another chance in light of our other usual 5 star reviews to welcome you back as a guest again"
