Located in the trendy district of Business Bay, this neat and modern studio apartment boasts views of the Burj Khalifa and neighbouring Downtown Dubai. Vacationer guests can enjoy the many attractions that this central area has to offer from cafes and restaurants, to retail stores and the nearby Mega Dubai Mall.
This modern studio apartment was designed with comfort in mind and is perfect for a couple or single traveller. Featuring brand new, tasteful furnishings and state of the art building facilities, Vacationer guests have all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay including high-speed Wi-Fi throughout with average speeds of 250mbps.
Consisting of an open plan living area and bedroom space, compact modern kitchen, separate bathroom and balcony.
The open plan living area is furnished with a comfy sofa and double bed which can accommodate a maximum of two people, there is also a small dining table perfect for two people. Relax on the small balcony and admire the vibrant city with a view of the Burj Khalifa in the distance.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all dining and cooking essentials you may need including an oven, stove and microwave. Please note that this kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
The bathroom has elegant black finishes with a walk in shower and the apartment has all essential amenities provided including hotel grade linens and fluffy high-quality towels.
Vacationer guests can take advantage of the building’s facilities like the stunning swimming pool and gymnasium. There is also one allocated parking spot for guests to use.
Please note that there is no smoking permitted in the building or on the balcony.
