Beautiful Beachfront 2 BR-2 Bath Condo—No Pets—last minute deals!

Capistrano #201 is a beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Gulf-front/Beachfront condo on the Florida Gulf in Seacrest/Inlet Beach, just west of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The 1175 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and queen sofa bed with premium gel mattress in living room. We are on the 2nd floor of a quiet, 9-unit Spanish-style building with professionally manicured landscaping that includes palm trees, gardens, a fountain, spacious backyard/play area, a sunset deck, communal charcoal BBQ. Parking and a bike rack are included. Our 2nd floor corner unit is ideal in this building--that does not have elevator, high enough for a view of the ocean, with only one flight of stairs when carrying luggage or groceries. No pool --but no pool necessary with the gentle Gulf waves!

Our beach is not crowded, like some others in the 30a area. Also, we have a coded beach access gate to limit access to our walkover and beach waterfront.

Splendid panoramic views from inside and out! On your private balcony with a bistro table and 4 swivel armchairs, dine outside, watch the dolphins and gorgeous sunsets, do your e-mail or write that novel! (There is an electrical outlet on the deck). All the conveniences of home with fully equipped designer kitchen, large flat screen TV’s, stereo system, Free wireless high speed internet, and full size washer-drier. Primary bedroom has an en-suite bath with tub-shower. Guest bath has glass block shower. We have three HD TV’s with Netflix and Smart Apps, so bring your streaming passwords or sign up for free 30 day trial while staying.

Location on 30A is 2 mi. West of Rosemary Beach and 1 mi. West of Aly's Beach and close to historic Seaside, between Destin and Panama City Beach--close to many independent restaurants, shops and art galleries. We are also close to Pier Park which offers movies and popular shopping brands. 30a area features weekly farmers markets, and annual festivals including the Songwriters festival in January, the Seaside half marathon and wine festivals in February, Digital Graffiti at Alys Beach, and Sandestin Arts and Crafts show in May and a Seaside wine festival in November. Beach chair and umbrella rentals with daily set up services, bike and kayak rentals are widely available. (Google 30a beach services).

This condo was perfect for me and my husband. The view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking utensils you could think of. The living room furniture was excellent to relax in the evenings. The host has games and puzzles ready for the guest. The condo was well taken care of and I was even able to contact the hostess and stay an extra night with just a simple email! Very accommodating and responsive! Highly recommended!

Very nice place. The views are amazing. You need to rent beach chairs and umbrella. There is a place right on the beach that sets it up for you.

Great Location and View

This property and the managers are great. Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay and getting to and from the beach is as easy as could be. Great location for nearby restaurants and there are a few grocery stores just a few minutes away.

Great location but the stairs were a bit much for me. We had a little difficulty getting our luggage up and down the stairs.

Very pleased with our stay! Perfect beach location and condo was just what our family of four needed for our short getaway! The kitchen is well-equipt with everything you need. Wonderful to have ice already made upon arrival. Would stay there again!

We get great feedback from couples, couples with one or two kids, couples with kids and a set of grandparents, and groups of girlfriends on a beach vacation, spa weekend or bridal shower getaways. Capistrano 201 the best, most relaxing vacation

This might be the quietest stretch of beach along 30A. We stayed end of May and there was barely one row of beach umbrellas. The condo has everything we needed...beautiful, clean, and well-stocked European-style kitchen with comfortable beds and a living room that features views of the gulf. We had fun every night going down to the sunset deck on the large back garden of Capistrano. We will stay here again !!

Location is amazing. The beach was not crowded at all for our visit! The unit was in tip-top shape! The only negative was the people moving in and out of the unit above us at the crack of dawn, and the next group of kids sounded like a herd of elephants. Not very soundproof. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay on a beautiful beach

The property was conveniently located and perfect for a girl’s getaway! Got in plenty of time rambling through Rosemary, Alys, Seaside and Grayton Beach. Time on the beach was much needed. The view from the balcony with early morning coffee was a peasant touch!

You MUST stay here!!!

This place deserves 10 stars!! It is in the absolute best location and has amazing beach-front views but is still tucked away so that you aren’t crowded on the beach. Perfect biking distance from shops and restaurants. The inside was very clean and well-kept and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

We bought this condo on our first visit--lovely Spanish-style building, great landscaping, beautiful designer kitchen and bathrooms, gorgeous beach views! It's a lovely area with lots to do, and in the Spring Break and High Summer seasons, it is Couple and Family Friendly, not Party Friendly.
