Perched on a stunning ocean bluff, this 12-acre estate offers breathtaking views of the ocean, mountains, and Kilauea River. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the home showcases fine craftsmanship with rich woods, custom stone, and vibrant accents inspired by nature. Expansive windows and teak doors frame the scenery, while a private path leads to a secluded beach where serenity and beauty converge.
Room Configuration:
-Main residence with airy living / dining / kitchen
-Upstairs king master / en suite bath with tub
-Queen guest room / en suite bath with shower
Guest cottages (2) are available to be added at $500 per night.
5 night minimum booking required
Both guest houses are included in holiday bookings only. If you are booking outside of the holiday season and need additional sleeping arrangements, please inquire if you wish to add either or both of the two guest cottages.

Total stay fees cover all of the following:
