As for cleaniness Interesting thing is that most complains are always given by guests who leaves a mess or broken stuff big time... and this happened this time too: left feces unflushed in the toilette or broken blinders without even giving me a notice are peaks of the mess these guests left. Not mentioning quite a few waste left here and there or flock of hair left in the drainpipe of the tube. And lets clarify above mentioned untruth about their arrival: Original agreement was, they would arrive around 13.00. They informed me just at the day of their arrival about their schedule time, they arrive at 11.45. By 12.25 they were already in the spot. Although I asked them for a little patience and understanding due to my wife´s sudden sickeness, which required a medical emergency, if they cann really come at the original agreed time: 13.00. But they were at the place literally at the shortest time possible (40 min after the landing when just driving takes 30 min), not even taking my kind plea into the account. I arrived exactly at originally agreed time - 13.00. So not "almost after an hour", but literally on previously agreed time which was little over 30 minutes after their arrival. Anyway I offered a little compensation for those 30-35 min - 12 USD - which is basically 1/7ths what they paid for the night. Though the waiting time (and I am disregarding, that originally we plan to meet at the exact time I have arrived) was much lesser. As for flat - It is a family flat which has its fine patina of age and we continuously work on "restoration" . But what we are not using filters on our photos , so what you see is exactly what you get. As for towels - not sure what is ragged on them, but I could provide a replacement, if I was asked. But I was not. That easy it could be. If they were mismatched - ok that blame is on me lacking a style, as I prepared them. I cannot recommend these guest at all... on one side they are extremely demanding on the other side they are lacking a piece of understanding for situation it can happen to anyone. And last but not least they were pretty messy plus they broke the flat´s equipment, which can happen too, but they should give you a notice at least. Max 2/10 for me.
