This large 2-bedroom condo includes accommodation for 7 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, smart TV, large closets, and a private bathroom with double vanity sinks and stand-up shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a twin over full bunk bed, Smart TV, and access to the back porch. This room also includes a large bathroom with shower/tub combo, single vanity, and make-up desk. The large common area opens to the kitchen area, making it easy to interact with your group. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and granite countertops to make a home-cooked meal on those evenings you don't feel like venturing out. The dining area has comfortable seating for 4 guests and additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3. A stacked washer and dryer is tucked away just off the kitchen for your convenience. The covered back porch is a perfect area to relax with views of pool (heated during cold months) and putting green.

Sandpiper Cove has several amenities at the resort where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to 5 swimming pools, 3 Hot Tubs, 6 lighted tennis courts (4 covert to Pickleball Courts), and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for drinks. There is also a private Par-3 golf course free of charge for guests to enjoy, a boat ramp and marina, 1 Fine Dining Restaurant (Louisiana Lagniappe), Beach Bar and Grill (Rick's Sand Trap), and 24-hour security. There are other shared common areas where guests can grill, picnic, play yard games, or relax in the breeze. Discounted weekly golf cart rental available.

COMMUNITY and BEACH
Sandpiper resort offers 1100 feet of private beach. Contact the Resort’s beach service for pricing and availability of beach chairs and umbrellas. During the summer months enjoy lunch at Rick’s Sand Trap Bar and Grill located at the beach pavilion with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico!

DINING and SHOPPING
With lots of shopping nearby, you will have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir or gift or a way to spend time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to Harborwalk Village or just a few miles away is the Destin Commons Shopping Center. Both districts offer shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, shopping and spas, and some of the best fishing in the Gulf.

PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Trailers or vehicles with more than 4 wheels may be required to park off-site. It is the guest’s responsibility to verify resort requirements. Please contact the resort directly.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
Although there is no physical check-in for this property, you will be required to show ID at resort security gate to enter the property. Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.

You MUST be 25 years old or older to rent this property and this person is required to stay for the entire reservation. ID is required at the security gate for age verification. This is a resort requirement. NO Exceptions and NO refunds!

Hook, Wine, and Linger is dog-friendly for 1 dog up to 30lbs for a non-refundable fee. of $150+tax. There is also a $10 fee/pet collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Pets are not permitted on any beaches.
