This property was really nice and clean. The yard is really beautiful. My pups kept going outside as they loved the grass. The curtains in the living room were too shear for my taste but that seemed to be protocol for the neighborhood. The access to I-80 was easy. Definitely a great place to stay.

We had a very busy weekend scheduled in Kearney and just needed a nice comfortable place to relax in the late evening and get a good night sleep. The Cow House was perfect for this. The back yard area was comfortable with nice lighting. The house is tastefully decorated and was a nice “home away from home”. We did not have opportunity to cook or grill while there but the kitchen appears to be well appointed. All-in-all it is a nice home with some of the natural coziness of a cottage built in the early 1900s.

Great pet friendly home!

Perfect spot for visiting our UNK student and we got to bring the dogs which made her weekend! The house was cozy and comfortable and the completely fenced back yard was a huge plus!

Perfect!

Maggie was wonderful from ck in to ck out. And the home was clean, well equipped & exactly what we needed for our stay for state baseball. Perfect in every way. And it is close to Barista’s coffee—bonus!

Family Visit

Great home and host! Terrific place to walk into after a long drive. Very clean and convenient. Backyard was great for our dog. Host was very responsive when I emailed. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious and clean

We enjoyed staying in this historic home while visiting family in the area. Each room had ample space to settle in, and check-in and check-out were easy. It was perfect for our family of four. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful, and we definitely hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect for our stay in Kearney

1900's build with some lovely upgrades. Enjoyed the patio and fenced yard for our dog! Great wifi, appliances, and electronics. Host was fantastic with easy check in and quick response to questions.

Cute property Great Location

Our business had consultants stay at this location for longer stay. They commented that the house was very clean, cute decor and had everything they needed. We will continue to use this house for our business guests. Owner was very nice and very easy to work with!

Another great stay!

We enjoyed another wonderful stay in this cute home. Maggie made check-in and check-out a breeze and always replies promptly. We enjoyed the spacious living room, where we could lay out and organize all of our “stuff,” and the evenings on the deck were relaxing. We’ll be back! Thanks!

Quiet cozy place

The house was quiet and provided what was advertised. Good communication. No problems. Our dog liked the fenced-in yard. Nice electric fireplace that helped warm us up.

Nice stay in Kearney!

3 adults stayed for 4 nights. The house was a great alternative to a hotel. Maggie was very helpful and response in answering questions or helping out. Thanks for resetting the Wi-Fi and delivering a hair dryer. :)

Great for a little getaway

The house is very cute and welcoming. The only improvement would recommend is improve main bed. All mattresses were not comfy. Backyard was perfect for what we needed. The host communicated with us well.

Hey Crane Viewers…Great Location

The owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house is super clean, great hot shower, walking distance to store and a good local brewery. It is only a 20 minute drive to Audubon’s Rowe Crane Sanctuary and 20 minutes to Prairie Wind Greater Prairie Chicken tour. Kitchen has all the dishes and utensils you could need, there is a great fenced backyard for your dog and with a lighted outdoor patio. Thank you for a nice stay in Kearney.
