The Space:
This home has been thoughtfully furnished to make your vacation as smooth and as comfortable as possible. The downstairs consists of a spacious living room with 65” Sony TV, a separate dining area with seating for 8, and an enormous, fully equipped kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, ample quartz countertop space, a coffee station, and counter seating for 4. The downstairs also includes a half bath. Grill fresh seafood on the provided outdoor grill, stream your favorite shows, or bring out the games/cards for a game night.

The large master bedroom includes a king size bed, loveseat, 55” Sony TV, walk-in closets, a covered balcony, and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower, separate bathtub, and double vanity. The second bedroom also has a king size bed with ample floor/closet space, making this home perfect for multi-generation families or groups with more than one couple. The third bedroom contains a queen size bed, while the bunkroom includes one twin over full bunkbed and one twin over twin bunkbed. All extra bedrooms have 43” flatscreen TV’s and Roku’s, and access to an additional full bathroom. A twin size trundle and a pack ‘n play are also stored in a master bedroom closet, and the laundry room is available for your use with some detergent provided.

Inside the 2-car garage you will find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach bucket (containing snorkels, football, and frisbee) for your enjoyment. A drying rack also offers convenient drying for bathing suits and towels when you return from your adventure. Finally, this community also features a pool near the end of the street that you are welcome to enjoy during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home from 4:00 pm on the day of check-in to 10:00 am on the day of check-out, with a personalized door code lasting the duration of stay.

AGE RESTRICTION: Booking this home requires a guest 25 or older, who must also be present for duration of stay. Policy strictly enforced, with no refunds available if violated.
