Please Note:
For stays longer than 30 days, a formal lease agreement will be required to comply with local laws and provide protections for both guests and host. Additionally, a signed Hot Tub/Jacuzzi Liability Waiver is required for all guests regardless of stay length.

Quiet , relaxing stay

First of all, I need to tell someone that I forgot to remove our groceries from the refrigerator!The pictures on line were a little deceiving. The living and kitchen areas were considerably smaller then they appeared in the photos. There was no cable TV, only internet. Although we were able to park in the garage, which was a plus for nus, there was NO garage door opener, only a key pad outside of the garage. It only closed the door, it did not open it.The kitchen appointments were adequate, however there was not a cheese grater or a measuring cup !! The coffee pot took me forever to figure out. I did conquer it. The house is extremely quiet and nicely located with a level entry, close access to the marina and Cedar Glen. I do feel they need to update the list of restaurants that they have provided. There are so many more other than the ones in the Village, Not a lot to do in Lake Arrowhead, since the lake is private. The Village was under construction which was a disappointment. Sometimes I feel we expect too much, pictures can be deceiving. All in all, we had a very relaxing time.

CasaDelHady is situated in the northern area of Lake Arrowhead, half a mile from Tavern Bay Beach. Nestled in an area that you can view beautiful Arrowhead foliage and a star filled sky.
Sleeping and Bedding
• Bedroom 1 – King size memory foam and queen size pullout Sofa.
• Bedroom 2 – Queen size memory foam and a futon.
• Bedroom 3 – Twin bunker, a day bed with trundle all memory foam.
• Bedroom 4 – Queen size memory foam
• Livingroom 2 - Day bed with trundle memory foam
We have beds for 14 individuals, this house is ideal for 2-3 families, and can comfortably accommodate 14 individuals.
Towels will be provided to use in the house only.
Kitchen is equipped with a stainless-steel stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It’s stocked with plates, silverware, pans, pots, and small appliances. On the entrance level deck, you will find a charcoal grill, bring your charcoal, and follow safety precautions.
On the garage you will find a washer and gas dryer feel free to use. We provide freshly laundered sheets, blankets, and towels.
There is a heating and cooling system for those cold/hot days.
We have Wifi, LG smart TV, Alexa.
In the garage we have a Ping Pong Table
Enjoy the hot tub that is in the lower deck. (See booklet for instructions and safety measures).
