The Back Yard-Entire Building Downtown Dog Friendly with Yard

Welcome to The Backyard! This is the perfect place for your next Lake Geneva get away. Located just a few blocks from Main Street and the Riviera, you will be able to park your vehicles and take off on foot!

This carefully designed space brings the outdoors in with all the comforts of home. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a few extra sleeping spots in the two living areas, The Backyard accommodates 8 guests. BONUS: Balcony, coffee bar and private backyard for yard games and grilling. The uniqueness and convenience of this fun building will have you coming back year after year!

*On-site parking available for a maximum of four vehicles. If more spots are needed, please inquire.

*Please be aware that the bathroom in the upper unit is solely accessed by passing through the queen bedroom (see floor plan at end of photo queue). 9th sleeping spot is futon in the common area living room.

*This unit features a wifi-enabled smart TVs (no cable).

*Please note there is a ring doorbell for guest's safety
*Dog Friendly for additional fee, please inquire. (Max 1 dog)
*Please note this building is downtown and is located behind a restaurant. Some noise is possible.

*Please note: After your reservation is confirmed, we will send an electronic guest rental agreement. We enjoyed the home. It came with everything we needed for our two night stay.Just a note that if you were to bring a dog, the yard is not entirely fenced in. I don’t think the description of the place said it would be, but just thought you would like to know.

Property is just a half mile from downtown Lake Geneva and less than a mile from the lake itself. Great location. It was spacious. We all loved it and so did our dog. Everything was clean and well maintained. We were surprised that there was no dishwasher but we ate out most of our meals so it didn't matter much to us. It was a perfect getaway spot for our family.

Beautiful house

Everything was perfect, friends loved the property everything in walking distance and loved the Mexican restaurant in front of our property. Everyone was so friendly, would definitely book again!

Ladies weekend in LG

The property was exactly as the photos show and very clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated how walkable downtown was from the house. The host is was very communicative and accommodating. We were very impressed and would absolutely stay there again!

Great getaway

My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed their father/son getaway. They could've stop raving about the accommodations and location. Its in the heart of downtown but quiet. So close to things they barely had to drive anywhere.

Very clean, beautifully decorated. Great location. Would have liked a curtain over front door & get rid of spiders, their were a lot of them.

Backyard whole Unit

The location to downtown lake Geneva was a huge plus. Units were clean and well maintained. Note: Listed as sleeps 8, actually more accurately 6 adults, especially if there is a need for seperate beds.Would rent again.

Neat and clean

The house is very clean and decorated so cute. There is a spider issue though , in the downstairs. Our sink in the downstair bathroom was clogged for 1 1/2 days.

Hi Susan, we came out to address the sink twice and finally found out it was just a different type of stopper that needs to be manually pulled up. Nothing was broken in the unit. So sorry about the confusion, although there were many other sinks to use. We also gave you complimentary early check in and late check out. We do have monthly routine pest control and have notified their team. It is that time of year here with the transition of seasons. Members of our team enjoyed meeting you and your friends and hope to host you again.
