We have stayed here before and really enjoy it. It’s great to be able to walk into town and enjoy all the Warwick has to offer. The house has everything you might need. We try to stay here whenever we are in town to see our kids/grandkids.The only issue for us as we age are the stairs which are narrow and quite steep. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

Cozy Stay

Check in was a breeze, home was cozy and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee.

Lovely property that suited our needs perfectly. We were in town for a nearby wedding. Loved walking to the charming town and exploring the surroundings. Would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely love staying in this charming home in Warwick! This was our second stay and I must say that we feel right at home here. The beds are incredibly comfortable! Our host Loren is so helpful and easy to communicate with! Absolutely anything and everything you can think of is provided for you. And the location is fabulous!

Great Warwick Getaway

Property was beautiful, very comfortable, and conveniently located to lots of great restaurants, shops, and attractions. Homeowner was very responsive to any questions that came up. Definitely recommend this place!

Loved the house and location

House beautifully decorated and Was fully stocked with anything anyone would need, Lauren thought of everything!! House was very clean, beds so comfortable!!! Cute outdoor area and awesome location- super easy walk into the great town of Warwick! Can’t wait to go back, thank you Lauren!

Beautiful Carriage House

Great location within walking distance to town for restaurants and shopping. Very private and a beautiful outdoor space. Lots of seating in the unit and could easily accommodate 4 adults comfortably. We would definitely book again.

Absolutely Wonderful!

This home was perfect! It's on a quiet one way street and located right next to the village. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook beautiful meals - or we could walk minutes to fabulous restaurants. Our host was wonderful - she anticipated our every need. I highly recommend this charming home for your stay.

Quick stay for a funeral

We traveled to Warwick to attend a funeral and The host Loren was wonderful. He property was located perfectly and was very welcoming and cozy. We would definitely return! Thank you Loren!

Lovely home in a great location

Wow, this property met and exceeded our expectations. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay over our wedding anniversary weekend. The house had everything you need and more, nothing was missing and absolutely no complaints. Highly recommended and we would gladly stay here again if we have the chance. Warwick is a nice village with plenty of shops and restaurants and with wineries close by.

Lovely Home

This house was so cute and perfect for a family or two couples. Loren was easy to communicate with and very very accommodating, especially with two last minute reservation changes due to illness of my parents. It is right in town so can walk to everything. We will definitely chose this property again next time in town.

Perfect for my bridal hair and makeup

Loren has been super communicative and even let me check in early and check out late. Plus we were able to have our hair and makeup artists come for my bridesmaids and I to get ready for my wedding. It was homey, everything was super clean, spacious, and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beds are very comfortable too!

What a beautiful Cottage!! It is as advertised!! Easy check in and check out!! Just walking distance to restaurants & shopping in downtown Warwick. I wish There was something critical to say but nothing to criticize about our stay. We are looking forward to returning!!!

Fall Wedding

Stayed here for a long weekend in October. We were in Warwick for a wedding. The rooms are very cozy. Furniture was super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Outdoor area is absolutely charming. Would definitely rent again if we are back in Warwick. Thank you, Loren!!

A great place within a short walking distance of downtown and all attractions Warwick has to offer. We stayed for 5 nights and plan to return soon. Everything was perfect, its quaint - 2 bedrooms are upstairs with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. There’s an outdoor sitting area with a Weber Grill and complete privacy from the neighboring businesses that shut down around 5 daily. Plenty of off street parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and on the street if needed. First floor - WOW - gas fireplace - great living/family room, kitchen fully stocked with everything needed for a fine meal or a casual breakfast. Half bath just off the Kitchen and a roomy island that seats 5… Highly Recommend the Carriage House in Warwick!!! We’ll be back soon. Host was incredible and quick to respond - 5 Star place!

Charming but musty

Property was charming however there was a terrible musty smell in the house fortunately we were there for a wedding weekend and did not spend a lot of time there

so sorry I’ve never had that complaint before House is built in 1890 I’ll alert the cleaners to make sure they open windows and Lettsome fresh air in

The property was exceptional. Well appointed, charming, it appeared as if the owner enjoyed the process of creating a welcoming space. There was also a really nice outdoor area.The town is charming and easily walkable from the house. Plenty of food and shopping options.The only point I would make is both bedrooms (which are very comfortable) are up a narrow staircase with risers that are higher and steeper than today’s standards. They would not be easy to climb for shorter (5 foot tall) people or an elderly couple. My wife and I are in our late 60’s and are in fairly good shape we didn’t have an issue. However we do have friends that need a cane to get around. There may be a note on the listing. I don’t recall.I would choose this location anytime I wanted to stay in the Warwick area.

Thanks Bob for pointing that out to people. i do have many notes on the website about the stairs. not recommended for people who are handicapped or unable to get up stairs easily. the house was built in 1890. i think people were smaller then!

Property was not described correctly.... the pictures with the original listing did not show the problem we encountered. But our host took care of the problem immediately.
