The house is large and comfortable. Great for a big group. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Olga responded to our questions very quickly. Excellent location in a quiet community. Would return again.

Steps 2 the Lake was a great place for everyone Plenty to do at the house and the lake and pool were right across the street Great communication with the host too Would highly recommend this house and hope to return!!

The property and the home are well maintained. The home is very clean and has plenty of seating and comfy spaces. Each bedroom room had its own thermostat and fan! The kitchen is fully functional and well supplied with everything for cooking and cleaning. The house has games available and few chairs and towels for the lake.The hot tub was a nice addition to our relaxing weekend. There is plenty of outdoor seating. The only thing missing is an umbrella for the table.The host is extremely easy to communicate with and efficient at answering emails.I would recommend bringing a wagon or beach cart to load up for the beach for a big group. The lake/ beach/ pool are lovely and only a few steps away!

My wife and I traveled with our three children and their friends, so there were 8 of us in total, and there was plenty for us to do when we were not out skiing. The game room, in the basement and hot tub were awesome to have and we really enjoyed our stay

We decided to stay here for our spring break and it was a great decision. The house was amazing. The bedrooms, all the living rooms, the hot tub, the games, everything was on point. The house was well stocked with everyday supplies you would need. It was close to allot of activities. I would recommend this house and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fun trip!

Fantastic rental!! Plenty of space for a group to spread out. It would be particularly great for families with young children because of the pool, shallow lake swimming area, and playground. Here are some planning notes:There were black biting flies on the beach most days- absolutely bring Deep Woods Off or similar. Renters are allowed in the club house for food but can’t drink there- fine for us but other groups may care. Whole house is well stocked, especially the kitchen- spices, cutting boards, sharp knives, no filter needed for coffee maker. Suggest bringing backup paper towels, napkins, zip locks/food storage, and toilet paper for when the starters run out. Otherwise you should have all you need all week. Bring bags of ice for your beverages. There’s no ice maker and there was just one ice cube tray during our stay. Listing says no personal water crafts are allowed. We learned from beach rental staff that you can bring your own paddle boards or kayaks but the property owner (not the renter) has to register them with the community and pay a fee. IDK if this is correct and/or if Olga is willing to coordinate registrations. Just passing on the info we received. Lake has a life guard as well as attendants who patrol beach & check for beach tags. Attendants are on site until 6 PM after that you can remain on the beach & swimming is at your own risk.

We loved this property! We stay in the Poconos for a girls weekend every year and all agreed this was by far our favorite place. Was very clean, had all the amenities you could need and just felt cozy. Olga was super responsive and helpful. We will def be back!

Great weekend

We had the best time celebrating our Bride. The property was great! We loved the couch in the living room!! It allowed all 12 of us to lay down relax and watch Bride Rom-Coms!! Will definitely stay again

Wonderful in every way!

The house was perfect! The kitchen is well stocked. There are games galore. The pool and beach are very close! The hot tub was great after a day of bike riding the Lehigh Gorge!

Beautiful Home

We came up to the Pocono area for my daughter's Sweet 16. This house was perfect for the girls she invited, for our older son, and very close to the mountain for snowboarding, skiing, and tubing. The girls loved the hot tub! I would rent absolutely rent again!

Sibling renewal

The house was set up well. Needed a little better cleaning. Lots of room to spread out and enjoyed the basement activities. The deck was great for afternoons!

Family trip

Relaxing family trip. House is as pictured. Ground floor has tv area and game room with bedroom w/bunks. Middle floor has kitchen, dinning and living room and full and half baths and bedroom with queen bed. Top floor has a great loft with full bath and 2 bedrooms (1 w/ king and other w/ 2 twins).

Breath of fresh air

We had an amazing time of just relaxing. The house was beautiful and relaxing. Nothing was dirty or smelled and we had clean sheets. He hot tub was amazing. Also Olga was just one phone call or email away and answered my questions promptly, we really appreciated that. I definitely recommend this property to some friends.

Great mountain home for 8 people

My family and I stayed at this Towamensing Trails home this past weekend. It’s a great location about 10 minutes from Big Boulder and 20-25 minutes from Jack Frost. The house was clean. The cabinets were clearly labeled so we would find exactly what we needed in the kitchen. There are lots of board games and books and thoughtful touches that the homeowners have in this home. The hot tub was really nice to have. The landlord was great at communicating. Instructions were left everywhere around the house, including how to work the fireplace. For the value of what it cost, I wish it had a better equipped kitchen and maybe some nicer pillows in the bedrooms. Some of the pots and utensils looked really dated and used. In addition, operation of some of the thermostats for the bedrooms were a little tricky to operate. Some more detailed instructions posted would be helpful. But overall a wonderful and comfortable experience at this home.

Olga's property is beautiful! We really appreciated that towels & linens were provided.I love the containers of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. I also loved the hot tub!It is a big house with plenty of rooms for people to spread out.I highly recommend this property !

Steps to the Lake, is just that :) A very short walk to the lake and it's amenities. Our family enjoyed our stay, especially the hot tub. The Host, Olga, was very responsive to my questions.
