This is a well laid out house with everything you’ll need. Special attention is paid to providing pool toys and lots of towels. Stephanie, the host, was super accommodating, and we got very fast responses to any questions or concerns. We’d stay there again!

Everything was better then coud have imaged. The house was clean, check in was hassle free and Stephanie is amazing and great to work with.

We had a great time here with family and friends. Great back yard and pool area we really enjoyed. Communication with the host was great, very responsive.

Had such an incredible experience during our stay! Stephanie, the host, was an absolute pleasure. Super responsive & helpful. The pool & outdoor area is unparalleled. Common areas were perfect hangs for our group- very spacious. Decor is beautiful. We stayed for Coachella & were able to bike into the fest. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as it was pictured. It was so perfect for our stay. It did have one last Bathroom than the listing indicates which was a little bit of a bummer but it still worked. We would definitely go back.

Good size interior space and nice outdoor amenities (BBQ in great shape, large & well-heated hot tub). Location is walking distance to shopping center and on an otherwise quiet street. Host was communicative and responsive to questions/needs. Kitchen had most of what was needed to cook meals for 10, though (as is typical in my experience with rentals) quality the of cookware was uneven (e.g. 3 of 5 frying pans had scratches, the can opener was broken). The "casita" is not standalone but part of the house floorplan with separate entry doors.

Stayed here with 3 families with young kids. Place was clean and spacious an enough for 12 ppl. Communication with the host wasn’t that great. The first night, we kept trying to turn on the lights in the backyard / pool area and I contacted host regarding it and they didn’t get back to me until later. There are no clear directions on how to switch from pool to spa and when I asked for directions I was told not to touch the control panel. But during our communication they said we would be able to control heat on pool and spa. I became quite frustrated chatting with the host so I tried calling the number they listed if we needed anything but the phone number was not working and unavailable. The kids had fun but it was frustrating for us adults trying to keep our young kids warm during night swimming. After the 2nd night- they told us in order to turn on the lights in the backyard we would need to tell them so they can turn it on remotely!! Which is not ideal. I asked to turn it on from 6pm-12am, it was turned on by 10pm. Communication wasn’t the best. They got back to me in a few hours. We stay in plenty vrbo’s and had never had a problem contacting the host for any of our needs. Stay here if you don’t need pool heating or a spa. Controls are confusing and they never gave clear directions how to use it. We paid 300 for pool and spa heating for 2 nights and it was a headache to make sure the kids weren’t freezing during their swim.
No smoke detector in the casita.
