Beautiful, clean and cozy home with all amenities you need to have a great time with a large group. This is our second time staying and we will be back, great communication and smooth check in, comfy beds, and screened in porch is awesome for enjoying time outside.

Great ski chalet

We loved this property. While remote, we were able to ski at Sunday River and really enjoyed the unique scavenger hunt!

My sisters and I and our families had a wonderful stay! Chris and Monica are so attentive and accommodating; they were super responsive and made everything so easy for us. The house is lovely - it was immaculate when we arrived and has so many nice touches - and the surrounding natural beauty is unbeatable. Will absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

Beautiful getaway

Such a relaxing home. All the amenities you could need were there. Beautiful area! We are definitely going to be back in the summer! Hosts were so responsive!

The chalet is good size for a party of 9 (6 adults/3 teens). Once you walk in, you will fall in love with it. Decoration is beautiful, have modern kitchen and bathrooms. The chalet is exactly like what the pictures shown. Both adults and teens enjoy staying there. Definitely a good and cozy place where everyone can relax and spend time together during this family/friends’ trip. Thank you.

Awesome Property

Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely stay again. Enjoyed everything from the well kept hiking trail just outside the door to the beautiful places to walk and spend some time in the water (i.e. The Flat Rocks area.) This is easily one our top three VRBO’s and highly recommend to anyone interested. The home/ amenities are spot on while the location is just a chef’s kiss. The owners were great in communication and thought of all the details to make this a great place to stay.

Refreshingly easy

Clean, well equipped cabin amongst stunning scenery. Enjoyed the good folks @ Mills Market + Terry's store across the street. The "Good Food Store” in Bethel is fab for meals to go, good wine & if you're lucky, the pig truck will be outside cooking up some good vittles. Hike, stroll, drive…EXPLORE and return to this comfy cabin to relax and enjoy the amenities. Well done Monica + crew!

Cozy, quiet place to hang out and chill

Our group was made up of family and friends. Our goal was to relax, eat, drink, and celebrate a milestone birthday. This home met all of our needs! It was rainy all weekend but we didn’t mind because we were able to relax inside, hike a bit of the private trail behind the house, play board games, cook, etc. They supplied everything we needed as far as kitchen appliances, comfy beds and couches, bathroom supplies. We got to enjoy the firepit, deck, and grill as well. We loved that we could bring our dogs as well and they could enjoy the stay too.

Awesome stay for families and nature lovers

Beautiful home very tastefully decorated with super comfy beds, plenty of towels, and everything you need to cook, tidy up, and have a fun, relaxing stay in wonderful Western Maine. Kids loved hanging out in the basement with all the games and smart TV for movie nights. My elderly mom was well accommodated with the full bathroom and bedroom on the main floor. WiFi and temp control were great. Owners were absolutely fantastic with their communication and check in and check out were seamless. We have stayed at a few rental homes in Maine and this is one we will absolutely return to. Thanks Monica and Chris!

What can I say other than it was an amazing stay! The home is truly inviting, and everything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips. The space is perfect—roomy, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. Surrounded by beautiful woods, it feels so peaceful and serene, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.Our family enjoyed every bit of this home. We are so thankful to have had such wonderful hosts who thought of all the little details that make a stay special. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home and was exactly what we were looking for. We would absolutely stay here again!
