This unit is pet-friendly, and we charge a $200 fee per pet. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of pets so the payment is automatically processed. Any non-approved pets will incur a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home or garage! Any smoking evidence will result in a $1000 fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.



★ SECURITY DEVICES ★

Please note the Ring video doorbell camera on the front door. There is also a Minut device in the kitchen to monitor alarms, temporary, noise, and moisture. There are no video cameras or recording devices inside the home.



★LONG TERM BOOKINGS★

Please note that we may require a signed lease for guests who will stay 28 days or more.
