Parking is conveniently located just steps from your camper, making it easy to come and go as you explore the area. Just past that is the shared port-a-potty.
You don’t need a 4WD vehicle to access the site, and our directions are simple and straightforward. No pulling onto or parking on the grass.

We are ideally situated between Hartford, TN, and Hot Springs, NC, both less than 30 minutes away. Take advantage of the nearby attractions and outdoor activities. Whether it’s hiking the breathtaking trails, fishing in the creek, or enjoying a guided kayak trip with our friend, an ACA L4 kayak instructor, there's something for everyone. The Cosby entrance to the Smoky Mountains is also nearby, offering a gateway to stunning landscapes and adventure.

We are Sherry and Jeff, and we hail from Indiana and Michigan, (Michiana), but left that frigid region in search of more comfortable winters. We're happy to say that we've found it here!
We may be a newly established campground, but we're certainly not new to the art of hospitality. Our journey began in 2013 when we worked for some of the leading OTA's, and progressed into managing properties for other owners. We have enjoyed hosting thousands of guests from all over the world.
We mostly like the quiet life, gardening, canning, raising chickens, bees and butterflies are a few things that we enjoy. It's a great way to stay active and commune with nature! We have two border collie/aussie shepherd dogs that we keep up at the house on the hill. In addition, we have a paralyzed cat named Tinky Winky and an old, friendly calico named Snickerdoodles that roams around the property.
Gardening, and raising butterflies and bees are a few things that we enjoy. It's a great way to stay active and commune with nature!

We are conveniently situated between Hartford and Hot Springs, (less than 30 min either way), we're the perfect spot for water enthusiasts! There are so many things to do near here, away from the crazy traffic and bustle of the big cities! We are still close enough to all of the attractions offered in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!
