Long Driveway for Boat Parking, conveniently fits 4 cars
1st Floor: Master Bed with Full Bath, Dining Room, Living Room couch w/ comfortable pullout queen bed, Kitchen fully stocked with spices and utensils. Outside Patio with Fire Place and lounge seating.
2nd Floor: Two Bedrooms w Queen Beds, Loft Space has couch Q-Bed pullout.
Fullsize Washer Dryer.
Comfortably sleeps 10 with 1 on the sofa. Max number of guests: 14.

Wonderful weekend

We were in town for the Grand Opening of the Company Distilling location in Lynchburg. The home was a lovely retreat each evening after the retail craziness. We especially loved walking to lake and sitting on the patio. Well recommended.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our visit to Tim Fords Lake. Great location close to a marina. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and organized. My favorite was the screened in porch with the cozy fireplace for morning coffee.

Peaceful getaway.

This home provided a comfortable and quiet setting for our family getaway. Our family of nine found the house well stocked with many necessities. Our family especially enjoyed the coffee bar provided.

Comfortable stay

Awesome Stay!

The house was beautiful and so clean! We really enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of room for our large family. It is a great location and had every amenity we could possibly need. Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Lovely House

Lovely house and neighborhood. The path to the Marina was great and used a lot. We rented a ponton at the Marina which was fun. The only setback was there was not enough room & beds for our familt of 12.

Beautiful Place!

The house is even more lovely than described. Neighborhood is quiet, friendly and peaceful. Everything you could need easily available, spotlessly clean and top of the line. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic property

This house is incredible! If you forgot anything you may need, it’s likely available in the house for you to use. The owner is very pleasant to work with and a prompt communicator. The neighborhood is very close to the water and marina. Best place to stay with a family!

Outstanding house in a lovely neighborhood. Host was excellent. Had a lot of fun and useful amenities. Coffee was fully stocked with variety or creamers. Will definitely come again!

Perfect!

We got away for the weekend. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Close to Tullahoma and Winchester.

Great Family Vacation with the dogs!

The house is very cute ! Loved they allow dogs, we had 3! The house is new and very clean and has everything you would need. The trail to the lake is nicely shaded and great walk for the dogs, at the end of the day it’s a track uphill. I noticed many of the homes had golf carts!

Beautiful property! This house had everything we needed. New construction and super clean. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The furnishings were attractive and made for a great home feeling. And I’ll say it again….. it was probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in! Thank you!!

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I just wrapped a 4-day stay at this house. As others have said, it is extremely clean, comfortable, and well stocked. In my opinion, the house is even more beautiful and welcoming in person. It’s also conveniently located right across from the foot/golf cart path leading down to the lake. Pre-arrival communication with Vance was thorough and easy, and the check-out process is minimal and straightforward. 5/5 all around!

Christmas 2023

Every year my husband and I go to Tennessee to spend a few days with our oldest and his family for Christmas. This year has by far been the best Christmas stay we’ve had. The home was fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. We hosted a family dinner with more extended family and everyone was able to be comfortable in the space. We absolutely loved this home and pray it’s available when we plan our 2024 stay at Christmas!

Great house walking distance to Tim’s Ford Lake.

The best thing I can say about this property is the feeling you get when you're there! It's so comfortable, easy walk around the neighborhood & space for EVERYONE! Great primary bedroom with private bath on the main level! Well equipped kitchen was appreciated because we did a lot of cooking. The location is convenient to Tullahoma and to Tim’s Ford lake. I will recommend this house to all of my friends and family. Thanks Vance for letting us stay at your house.
