Step outside and breathe in the dry desert air - this La Quinta home sits tucked inside the Signature community at PGA West, where mountain views stretch beyond the backyard and evenings cool just enough to make the fire pit feel like the best seat in the house. Whether you`re here for the polo fields, the fairways, or simply to slow down, this three-bedroom home gives you room to settle in and stay awhile.



Living space
The heart of the home is an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas into one generous, free-flowing space. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors dissolve the boundary between inside and out, flooding the room with natural light and opening directly onto the backyard. A large TV anchors the living room, and on cooler desert evenings, the indoor fireplace and central heating keep things comfortable. Central air conditioning handles the warmer months.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and its own sliding glass doors opening directly to the pool area. Bedroom 2 offers a king size bed, and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed - both share a Jack and Jill full bathroom. A crib and pack `n play/travel crib are available upon request for younger guests.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics you need. A central island keeps the space social, and a drip coffee maker with coffee is provided for your mornings. The dining table seats 8, making it easy to gather for meals or linger over a slow breakfast together.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is where this home earns its keep. A pool sits ready for afternoon swims, while the private hot tub - available all year, open 24 hours - is especially welcome after a day out on the course or exploring the valley. As the sun drops, gather around the fire pit beneath open desert skies, or stay at the outdoor dining area and fire up the BBQ grill. Desert and mountain views frame the whole scene.

Entertainment & extras
Inside, a ping pong table adds a competitive edge to downtime. Wifi and Ethernet connection keep you connected, and a dedicated workspace is on hand if you need it. The home also comes with a Bluetooth portable speaker for the backyard. Washer and free dryer are in-unit, and self check-in via smart lock makes arrival seamless. Free parking on premises and free street parking are both available. Guests also have access to a shared gym and community pool.

Location
Positioned across from the Stadium Course at PGA West, the home is a short drive from the Empire Polo Fields - home to Coachella and Stagecoach - as well as Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and dozens of golf courses. Highway 111 and I-10 are just minutes away, putting Palm Springs, local dining, and shopping well within reach.

Good to know
Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available - just ask, and if it can be accommodated, there is no extra fee. The home uses keyless smart lock entry; a unique code is issued per reservation for added security. Pool heat is available for $75 per day (heated to 88°F), though only needed October through May - summer pool temperatures naturally sit between 85-95°F. Hot tub heat is complimentary. Cleaning takes place at the end of your stay; a mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. Exterior security cameras are installed on the property (insurance requirement, not actively monitored). This is a no pets home. We recommend against shipping packages directly to the home.

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
