Property was clean and check-in was smooth. Everything was as listed in the property details very close to all local activities in Lancaster and Palmdale. We were visiting family in the area and having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a space to relax at night outside once it cooled off was very nice. We like the added touch of having a secure gate in the front we would recommend the property for anyone visiting the area.

The place was really nice & pretty, It was very clean & modern I didn’t have no problems or complications with anything the money that was spent was worth it. And I recommend anybody that thinks about booking the house to most definitely book it.

The property was as nice as any place we have stayed. This was our first experience with Vrbo and worked very well. We had a large family and everyone had a good bed and commodious area to spend time. Communication with the host was timely and answered our questions and needs. Thank you to the hostess for her effort.

We have a daughter who lives nearby, We enjoyed the location. Our grandkids had plenty of room to play as we had lots of rain. Had a good kitchen to cook Christmas dinner. They had TVs in all the rooms. We highly recommend this house.

A Perfect Stay

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The owner was incredibly kind and responsive, answering all our questions right away. The house itself was sparkling clean, and the quiet neighborhood made for a truly peaceful experience. We also appreciated the easy access to the property. Highly recommend!

nice inside

We came for state softball championship. The inside of the house was very nice, well equipped. It had a backyard but it was full of stickers and looked like maybe it hadn't been worked on yet as part of the remodel. The location was close to the fields and grocery shopping was close too. It worked out well for our group.

Great place to stay!

I had family in town and needed a couple extra rooms. The house did the trick! Be careful walking in the backyard (a lot of thorns)Tips:Be sure to text owner for updated lock box code. The code we received from Vrbo was incorrect. Only 1 key/tag for entry and door automatically locks

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I checked in to find the house had a trail of ants from the kitchen yo the white leather couch to which I was told to spray bug spray to which I said I am not comfortable spraying bug spray on white leather. I asked for a refund because I showed up but wasn't going to have my family stay in a house with ants but both Inna amd Verbo have yet to rectify this situation. My sister ended up having to rent multiple hotel rooms for the my family because we were all supposed to stay here. Further more, the lock box wouldn't lock so we were stuck trying to figure that out (items had to fir perfectly which I didn't remember exactly how they went in) so when inasked if I could leave the item in her LOCKED mailbox she flatly said no son we were stuck after driving to Cali from Vegas, immediately going to a funeral in LA to come to this hell hole of an experience after driving all day. The experience was not pleasant AT all nor was Verbo's customer service, I wanted an hour after sending photos of the ants via email to sprak with a supervisor. Also there were dead gnats in the corner of the master shower which I didn't care too much about until we saw the ants. ALSO, ALSO, Verbo doesn't have an active working number for this host! Can you believe that??? THEY can't even get ahold of her and after our initial conversation about the ants and to spray, she did offer to refund but I still have not seen it, now she is SILENT. Neither myself or verbo can get a hold of her.

The house literally sparkles. Amazing. Spacious. Easy to access everything. We had everyone from babies to adults stay with us and everyone was comfortable. Extra bed in one closet. Really comfortable couch as well. The pillows make the couch something to call first lol. Every room had its different chill vibe. Literally sleeps ten comfortably. My dog loved it. Big yard. Really comfy Patio area. Kitchen is set up for efficiency. Everything where it should be to make clean up quick and easy. Host was great. Went above and beyond. If your going to stay more than a few days take extra trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. Other than that the basics are pretty much covered. We cooked up a storm! Secure location. Gated. Would definitely find excuses to stay here if anything was going on in the area! Ok. I'm done. Reserve it. You'll love it.

We made it work

Our extended family stayed in the house for a wedding. It had the space we needed. The home seems to be a work in progress. There were some really nice details: the kitchen counters and couches. That being said there were also some odd things like missing knobs on drawers, a closet door that was falling off, and bathroom door in the master that didn't close. The large yard needs some tidying, we enjoyed the shade tree and eating on the patio. The kitchen had some important items missing, like wooden spoons, measuring cups, baking sheets, and a coffee maker, but we made what was there work. The gate, 2 doors, and video camera that talked made us question our safety. Finally the nude art work just wasn't to our taste. Overall we made it work, but we probably wouldn't stay again. Not the best place for small kids.
