Very clean, quiet space. Note that the school pick up and drop off line for the local school goes right in front of the house, so plan accordingly during school hours! Everything worked as expected, host was very responsive to any messaging. I feel very secure the entire time I was there, and even found that food and coffee are both in easy walking distance!

Fantastic location for access to all of the central Florida places we wanted to visit. Quiet neighborhood in a quiet town. The host was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We also met the team members who support the host and they were friendly too. We will check the availability of this location anytime we plan another central Florida visit.

The couch was old and worn, the house was not well maintained, and one of the rooms didn’t even have a door. But the host did refund our second night when we told him we were not satisfied and wouldn’t be staying.
