Beach and Racquet A313 is a condo at the Beach and Racquet Club, just steps away from the pool and Tybee's North Beach. This beautiful condo property boasts wonderful views of the Savannah River and the pool area. Relax and rest in the peaceful setting, which has been completely remodeled with new floors everywhere and tastefully decorated to feel like a home away from home.

This apartment has a private balcony on the top floor with a great view of the water from the furniture on the balcony. From here, you can sit and watch giant cargo ships and shrimp boats pass by. The kitchen in this unit is fully equipped, including a full-size dishwasher. A Queen sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, are available in the living room. Rest well in the bedroom, which has a Queen-size bed and a TV.

The condo sleeps up to four people and has in-unit WiFi (Wireless internet). Handicap accessible (elevator, not ADA compliant). This condo has unreserved parking for one vehicle. At check-in, you will be given a parking pass.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach and Racquet Club office, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
