Great Location and unit. Very close to public beach access and all the cool stuff in the area. Great unit for the price.

Host answered text when needed due to emergency unrelated to the property. She was fabulous! House was clean and had plenty of towels and bedding. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful area.

Okaloosa island paradise..

Me and my family stay at this property for a week, it was about a 9 minutes walks to beach the view in the mornings is great overlooking the bay watching the boats go by And natural wildlife. I will definitely stay at this property again

Beautiful Property With A View

This property was absolutely perfect for my family! It was great having a balcony on the water for a peaceful morning coffee! Also great having a pool and very easy access to the beach! We will definitely stay again in the future!

Best Florida Vacation

We had THE best Florida vacation we’ve ever had at this location! We loved the condo! The view was spectacular! Fire works on the 4th were right across the bay! Everything was within walking distance. Definitely want to book again next year!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful with lots of space, cold AC, comfy beds, quick response to maintenance requests, and awesome location. The only thing I would improve is to provide a few more amenities for guests like extra toilet paper, paper towels, liquid hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, a spray cleaner to wipe down counters, salt and pepper shakers, laundry detergent, coffee pods, etc. We purchased and left many of these items in the condo, so I hope the next guests can save a bit of money on them. Thank you for an excellent week!

The location was amazing! The bed in the master was not good at all. Bring your own pillows too. The condo had everything we needed but it was definitely older and outdated. Sitting on the balcony watching the bay was the highlight of the trip. Short walk to the beach but it didn’t have any beach items. Overall, I’d stay again.

Awesome location! Clean and safe property!

Everything was perfect! The unit was clean and very spacious, close to the ocean and directly on the bay. Gorgeous views of the sunset. So many restaurants close by and the beach is a short and easy walk under 10 minutes. The beds were comfortable and they had so many kitchen gadgets for cooking a beautiful meal. We truly enjoyed the balcony. The pool area was welcoming and had a great view of the bay. The permanent tenants were so nice as well! We loved the gated parking and more than one elevator. The owner, Roy, was wonderful! I had zero worries and he answered all my questions so quickly. I can’t wait to come back!
