Be right in the middle of it all! Our newly built, cozy guest house is ideal for 2, but can host 4 guests. Only steps from restaurants, breweries, and bars. Perfect for a weekend getaway to Historic Downtown Sanford, but also comfortable for a longer stay. Keep in mind though, the house is small, so 4 adults in the space might feel a bit tight, and access to the bathroom is through the main bedroom. Kitchenette w/ mini fridge, countertop stovetop + microwave. High speed Internet + SmartTV.

Adorable bungalow in the heart of downtown

Super clean and modern, every tiny detail exquisitely managed. Great location, easy walking distance to lots of great restaurants and bars. The hosts were super nice and easy to work with and the bed was really comfortable

Cozy Cottage

My college aged daughter spent the summer in this cozy cottage in the lovely town of Sanford, FL while she was working as an college intern over the summer. The cottage was lovely and had most amenities needed for the lengthy stay. Jose and Claudia were always available and helpful if she ever needed anything. Thanks for looking after her with your wonderful hospitality while she was so far away…

Hi there, we are Jose and Claudia and we look forward to hosting you and your family! We moved to Sanford in 2004 and fell in love with the historic district right away! We have two boys who love playing soccer, horseback riding - and being silly ;) Jose and I love to support local so you will often find us out and about! We love our little town of Sanford with all its unique businesses, cultural offerings, and popular events. One of our favorite events is Sanford Porchfest in February (we were even porch hosts in the past and loved it!).
We just finished building this home and guest house in 2022, so we know this neighborhood inside out! We feel at home here, even though both Jose and I moved here from far away: Germany (Claudia) and Colombia (Jose). We enjoy traveling so we understand how important it is for guests to find a place that will make them feel at home. That's what we attempted when creating this very space and any other vacation rental we own! We selected only the best quality (mattresses, linens, furniture, etc.) and created various cozy areas where you can enjoy spending time with each other, or just relax!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This guesthouse was originally designed and built for our own (extended) families (they live in Germany and Colombia) for their extended visits. It is essentially an extension of our own home (right behind the guest house) so we definitely feel very strongly about the space and want to make sure it is the most comfortable and cozy it can be. The house was completed in 2022 so everything is new. We obviously LOVE the location of this home since we chose this as the place to live.
