Totally perfect for our group for three nights in St.John. Great location with several options for fun easy and good meals. Denise and team were extremely hospitable throughout the process from pre arrival until we departed, making sure that everything was great. This place is in just an absolutely gorgeous location overlooking the Coral Bay that is peaceful from the morning coffee on the patio to the afternoon hangout at the pool. We loved it!

This is an absolutely wonderful villa! We stayed here 9 years ago and it is just as amazing as we had remembered it to be!!! Love the laid back nature of Coral Bay. It was so relaxing and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

Lovely Stay!

I loved this place! It was a wonderful property, excellent location, and the best host. Denise was an excellent communicator and support while we were there. Loved everything about the stay! Would stay again - and definitely recommend!

Villa Aprica had everything we needed for a family trip and more. Amazing views, comfortable beds (with air conditioned bedrooms!), and a beautiful pool, patio, and decks! Denise, the host, is a lovely person. We can’t wait to rent from Villa Aprica again!

Amazing place !

Such an amazing property - views are terrific! Pool is lovely and villa is well appointed ! Nice amenities to support beach adventures (YETI cooler, beach bag and chairs). We truly loved Villa Aprica !

Great Villa in St. John!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Aprica! Great location to catch a boat at the dock or grab dinner at Skinny Legs. Make sure you wear your bug spray at night as you explore St. John!

Breathtaking Views

Denise made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We had all of the amenities that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the views were absolutely breathtaking! We would definitely stay here again. It was close to beaches, restaurants and markets.

The house was very clean including the outdoor space. Loved the outdoor space, the view was breathtaking and the pool delightful. The outdoor furniture was well maintained. I can not say enough about how clean and well maintained the house was. The beds and pillows were very comfortable Denise was a great host providing a list of rental car agencies on the island and Concierge service that delivered groceries. Checking in and out was easy and Danda was there to great us upon our arrival.I highly recommend the villa and would definitely stay there again.

The views are truly spectacular, the pictures don't even give you half of it. The rooms and baths are beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor spaces were amazing too. We did have a particularly windy week, but that's a fluke. Denise was quick to respond to questions. We definitely would recommend this gorgepus villa!

Paradise

Villa Aprica could not have been more perfect. With so many things to do and see in St John, we often found ourselves wanting to just sit and enjoy the view at the villa. It was very well maintained and equipped and Coral Bay was the perfect, quiet location we were hoping for, yet convenient to all we wanted to do on the island.

What a great place to stay! The views were beautiful, the pool was great for the kids in the afternoon, and the space was just right for the 4 of us. The kids loved having their own suites on the lower level. The kitchen was great for preparing family dinners. With the electrical issues on the island, it was wonderful to have the solar batteries fully charged so we were able to have AC at night for comfortable sleeping. The location was convenient for a short drive to shops and restaurants in Coral Bay as well as some super beaches for snorkeling or hiking trails to plantation ruins. Communication was great with the property owner and caretaker. We would stay here again if we take another trip to St. John!

The perfect place to stay on St. John

We just spent 9 nights here and I can't say enough about the property. It is located in a spectacular spot, high above Coral Bay, affording great views and cooling tropical breezes. The house was the perfect size for our (3) couples traveling party and was close to all the spectacular beaches of the quieter east side of St. John. Our host was very communicative and helpful...we could not have asked for an easier, more enjoyable experience! I would highly recommend it for an awesome, carefree vacation.

What a view!

We've been to St. John several times but had never stayed in Coral Bay. Villa Aprica was very charming and super clean. The porch and poolside views were amazing. It is located within minutes of Skinny Legs, Sharky's, Dockside Dingy and other Coral Bay favorites. The host was very responsive and accomodating!

Wonderful vacation

Villa Aprica is just as beautiful as it appears. The views are spectacular. The house is spacious, clean, well appointed, and the decks make outdoor lounging a pleasure. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. And we can’t imagine better hosts. We highly recommend this property.

First off, this property is exquisite. Sweeping views in every direction overlooking Coral Bay. Clean and comfortable doesn't even begin to describe it. No detail was overlooked. It's roomy and the decks and pool areas are all really great for "liming", as they say. The host was really communicative. Check -in can sometime be stressful. Our host set up a text chain the day before we got there and basically talked us in to the villa. Denise also prepared us for our visit with a lot of local knowledge before our flight even left the ground. Would go back in a minute!

Highly recommend

Villa is exactly as listed. I chose this location due to the close proximity to both Coral Bay restaurants and beaches. Our party of 6 enjoyed the comfortable outdoor spaces including the pool which got plenty of sun. Denise was great to work with - responding promptly to questions and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend staying here.

Paradise

Our week in St John was everything we had imagined and more. The villa was just right, with very comfortable bedrooms, huge bathrooms, endless views, convenience to snorkeling and great food. The property managers went above and beyond in their eagerness to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend .
