Summary:
Oak Leaf is a small, one bedroom cabin that has the best of both worlds. You can sit back on the porch and enjoy the forested view but it is still a short distance off the highway, close to many of the area attractions. It is next to Fish Tails Winery, miniature golf, & go-carts. The cabin sleeps 5 in a queen bed, twin pullout, and built-in bunkbed. It's pet friendly (Extra $20/night, max 2), and has Wi-Fi, satellite, a charcoal grill, firepit, picnic table, and coin laundry facilities.
The Neighborhood:
Tiny Town is a tiny cabin and RV community just off HWY 259 with easy on and off and immediate access to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and minutes from the site of the new casino.

Nice little cabin the the heart of beavers bend activities,and restaurants.we got the oak leaf cabin which was really nice in mid July cause it's nestled in the trees and stays shaded.

We enjoyed our stay at the Oak Leaf Cabin. It was comfortable and clean and had a nicely equipped kitchen. The staff at the RV park was lovely and very responsive. We loved watching the fireflies in the evening.

Family of four camping for the 3rd time in Broken Bow and Hochatown. First time staying at Tiny Town. We loved our Tiny Cabin Oaklee. Great communication, easy check up, clean and comfy cabin. Convenient and easy access to visit the river, mountain, little beach and playgrounds. Lots of fun memories. Our family will definitely come back.

Great place to stay!
They were late getting the place cleaned, so I didn't get to check in on time after a 3-houir drive, but other than that the staff was very responsive throughout the stay, so still giving them a 5-star review.

It’s was the perfect cabin. We needed something for one night and it worked out great. Good location and quiet community. We definitely will be back.

Stay was great very accommodating. Had an issue with the master bedroom light and was able to get quick responses. Only real issue was only place to get WiFi was in the back wall of the master bedroom.

Great little cabin.
This is our second time staying at one of her cabins. Always an easy process. Cabins are clean and cozy. Kids loved the bunk beds. Great spot for a small family.

Tiny House Lots of fun
Love the area! The cabins/tiny houses are close to everything. It’s hard to find due to construction and poor lighting but once you’re in you have a nice little cabin with everything you need. Owners are super responsive!

Great Cabin
Cabin was very clean. Easy check in. Friendly host. Nice location. Roads going to cabin could use some work terrible pot holes. Lots of construction so I’m sure will get fixed when construction is complete. Would recommend and come back.
