Enjoy your own house on Cape Cod, with a spacious fenced in back yard including a fire pit and outdoor shower. Enjoy having the option to walk to local beaches. Property is also located in the vicinity of many local restaurants/bars and shopping locations. Just minutes from Hyannis Harbor and the ferries to the islands. Parking spaces for 3 cars.
Property includes a washer/dryer. Central A/C, a toddler bed and crib.

The house was absolutely beautiful and the host was quick to fix any problems. It was a great week stay! The yard was amazing.

Cape Getaway

We loved the house! It was a great location, very clean, and perfect for any families who have kids! There were so many amenities for the little ones, it really felt like home for a week.

It is an extraordinary gem in the Hyannis Port area. The house is very well-maintained, clean and extremely well-stocked. We loved the location to the beach (10 10-minute walk. Given that we had multiple younger children, we spent a lot of time at the house. The backyard deck and yard were the greatest features. The outdoor shower was a huge hit. We spent many hours out there. When the dryer broke down (the belt came off), the owner went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The downstairs main bedroom is perfect and super large. There are two family rooms, one is ideal for the little kids. The kitchen is not the largest, but it worked perfectly, and we had multiple people working in it (and I'm a picky chef about space). The kitchen is well-stocked. It would be helpful if the kitchen had a few good cutting knives and some additional adult plates/bowls. It is well-stocked, but with a larger group, it would be helpful.The second bedroom on the 1st floor has a 1/2 bath and an outdoor shower. The only wish was that the bed was larger than full--it would have helped our multiple family needs. There are three rooms upstairs--perfect for little kids and young ones. The additional full bath upstairs is nice. The house has parking for three cars. There is construction happening next door, but it looks like it is nearing the end. We appreciated that the floors did not creak — it helped adults get up early without disrupting the kids. Overall: Exceptional. We plan to back!
