Great location, good price, about 20 min walk from the waterfront, worked great for us as we were a 5 min walk to Halifax commons which was where we played in our AFL Canada Championships Cup! Also 2 min walk to a Dilly Dally, such a lovely coffee shop! Would stay here again when travelling to Halifax

This loft was perfect for our time in Halifax. We were in town to watch our daughter play volleyball & the University was super close. Groceries are within walking distance, super convenient.

This is a great little studio apartment. It was great to have all the conveniences - kitchen, laundry, proximity to my appointments at the Halifax Infirmary. The bed was comfortable and the place was extremely clean. I would definitely stay again!

Perfectly located.

Very bright and nicely appointed loft. It had everything we needed to make ourselves right at home. Perfect location. Close to the Commons, a grocery store and nice pubs/ restaurants near by; 10-15 min. walk. Down town and the water front a 25 minute walk.

Communication was great. Instructions were clear. Unit matched description. Pull out is a little lumpy. Mouse trap between fridge and cabinet could be seen. 8/10 cleanliness. Duvet has a stain, some dust in bathroom on top of shower wall. But these are all nick picking to give you some feedback. I will book again. Unit is comfortable and close to everything. Thanks for great stay.

Halifax summer trip

The apartment was centrally located with easy access to the city buses and a grocery store. There were also a number of places to eat. It was pretty quiet and easy do find. It was easy to stay in touch with the host if there were any questions and they were very responsive. A very positive experience.

Halifax holiday

Initial communication was very poor. Kitchen was nice, counter plugs did not work. Bed was comfortable, was great to have in suite laundry. There was some loose moulding on the floor. Key to get in did not work well. Location was good. Overall it was comfortable.

Bring cheese for the mice in the unit!! Stayed here for a few days and on the last day found out there are mice in the unit. They were underneath the bed chewing and would scurry around the room. Absolutely disgusting. I messaged the host and they just stopped responding and were completely unhelpful. Bring cheese for your mice friends.

Great space/location, bad communication

The space was just as expected, had all amenities needed and a great location. The only problem was communication with the hosts. I was staying here during Hurricane Lee, which everyone knew was coming to the city that weekend and people were told to prepare. I got in Friday night and the power went out early in the morning on Saturday. There were no candles, there was a flashlight but the batteries were dead. I had to shower in the dark because the bathroom has no window. I messaged the hosts early that morning to tell them I needed candles or a flashlight and they told me they would take care of it. At 4pm no one had gotten back to me or dropped anything off so I messaged again. They told me they couldn't do it because everything was closed. This was not true, I was out with my daughter that afternoon and bought candles for her at a store 30 mins away from the location. I let them know where we had bought the candles and they said they would reach out the property manager with that info and get back to me. That was the last I heard from them. I had to go back out to the same store and get candles for myself. With an impending hurricane, it would have been nice to have the apt outfitted with things that we needed during a power outage, especially because this is a typical response to storms in Halifax. Also, communication would've been nice vs ignoring me.

Logement très bien situé principalement si vous voyager avec l’autobus de ville ( des passes illimitées sont disponibles pour différente durée ). Pharmacie et épicerie à un coin de rue et plusieurs restaurants à proximité.

Convenient area of town within walking distance of Dal. There was major construction going on across the street which started pretty early. Great coffee shop nearby and lots of restaurants within walking distance, as well as grocery/pharmacy. Place feels reasonably spacious. Bed is quite comfortable although creaky. Shower curtain needs replacement as it is mildewy and stinks when wet. We were there for 2 weeks and the kitchen is not really set up to cook much as the knives are all quite dull and can opener was unusable. Host was very responsive, however, and left replacement can opener and a bottle of Drano the same day I requested them. Overall a good experience and would have no qualms about staying again.
