Had a great time visiting Wilmington golfing and catching live music at Live Oak. This is a duplex (I didnt catch that when booking). Bottom unit, but we didnt hear people walking around in the upstairs rental. 1 street away are some great restaurants and bars. Live Oak was a 10 minute walk. Back towards the master in the kitchen area there's some sort of hole in the floor with laminate placed over it. Feels like a 7th grader did the flooring. Other than this potential tripping hazard, its a good place,

We enjoyed our stay at Candy Land. The rental had a lot of extra things that most rentals we’ve had in the past did not (coffee, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). We definitely will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Great location and accommodations

This property was well cared for, well stocked with essentials, and most importantly, great location to businesses in Wilmington. We all agreed we would stay here again!

Location was perfect for a concert we attended. The house was clean and provided enough room for our group. Our host was very friendly and available if needed.

Clean and very comfy place to stay. The bathrooms and kitchen were great ans decor was cheerful. We were able to walk to places downtown and also walk to Oakdale Cemetery. Bellamy Mansion is only 8 blocks away and there are many local pubs and restaurants within a few blocks.

The host was very accommodating and responsive, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The home was clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, allowing us to rest well each night. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to others and would be happy to stay here again.

Great location with everything you need!

Had a fun girls' weekend! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the perfect location within walking distance to the riverwalk.

Our stay was great and rental as expected. The house is older, but was clean and decorated nicely. Lots of amenities like soft towels, pillows, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Host was highly responsive. Would stay again!

Cutest Place to Stay!

I booked this place last minute for a local concert and could not have been happier. Luke was an excellent host and everything was as advertised. I will definitely be staying here again next time I come to Wilmington!

I booked this place for my fiancé and her daughters. They love One Tree Hill as does everyone in this town apparently lol. It’s in the perfect location right near all of the sites that were on the show. They loved all of the food options in the area. Most of all they loved this placed. They loved the candy themed rooms and that it had everything they needed for their stay. Luke was an amazing host and answered all questions and was quick to respond. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at this charming house

We loved our stay at Candy Land. The house was clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. Luke was very responsive and easy to communicate with during our stay. We brought our dogs and had no issues. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay. Luke was a great host. House is located within walking distance to just about everything downtown. Dog friendly. Hope to come back soon.
