Cleanliness: 1 star. Need to deep clean before arrival and after departure of guest. (I notified owner and he sent cleaning lady that half cleaned and sprayed for roaches)Pest Control: 1 stars Roaches and ants were in the house. Location: 5 starsHot water: 5 starsAmenities: 3 starsSize and comfort of property: 5 starsThe property has potential to be 5 stars if the owner would update the kitchen appliances and deep clean the entire property. The property was dusty, bathrooms have mold, mildew and soap scum, the kitchen appliances are old, the stovetop was completely cracked and broken. We had to use the oven only. The oven had grease and buildup. There were no tvs in the rooms. The only reason my family and I stayed was because we had cleaned the areas that was most important to us like the bathrooms and kitchen area. The property was large enough for all of us and the location was perfect. The owner did try and accommodate us by sending Debbie/Debra the cleaning lady to resolve some of the discrepancies. To add insult to injury, the property manager refunded me 30 dollars for my inconvenience. A refund of one full day would have been more appropriate. .
