A perfect rental - clean, well appointed, with up to date appliances. Nice quiet neighborhood. Wonderful views. Easy access to diners, restaurants and wineries. Exactly what we were looking for. Would love to repeat our visit.

Absolutely beautiful home. We enjoyed ourselves so much. Very peaceful and relaxing! Very close to wineries and breweries. House had everything we needed! The view was wonderful!

This VRBO is outstanding. The house itself is wonderful, clean, and well maintained. The deck is a wonder. The view of the lake is incredible. We also saw so many eagles we lost count!

It's a wonderful place to get away! Very clean and well equipped. Lots to do or just sit on the deck and enjoy the view! We have already booked for next year!

This was a very welcoming, cozy home stocked with everything you'd want for a pleasant stay. The owners thought of everything, and the home was very clean. The view from the deck was beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. The welcome book was filled with tips and suggestions for day trips, and great restaurants. Skunk and Goat Restaurant was our favorite! Stay here! You won't be disappointed.

The property was very clean and has a beautiful view of the lake even saw an eagle a couple of times. Ethan was easy to make contact with and very friendly. The kitchen was fully stocked and enjoyed cooking our favorite foods. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again someday.

The house was absolutely perfect for us! We needed a week to just relax and enjoy the area. The house was beautiful and very clean! We definitely want to come back next year. Our favorite part was setting on the deck and listening to the waves!

An overall positive experience. The house is fully stocked with most anything one could want. The views of Lake Erie are amazing and the sunsets are spectacular. We found lots of things to do during our stay and are looking forward to another stay!!

Very nice place to stay. Love the balcony views . Well equipped. Loved the shower heads with great water pressure. The only negative is the Very bumpy road from the main road.Would definitely recommend this location.

An exceptional smaller cottage overlooking Lake Erie shoreline. Very comfortably appointed with many conveniences. Beautiful master bedroom. Lake sunsets on large deck. Cozy!

Perfect house for our vacation.The view of the lake from the deck and master bedroom was perfection! The house has everything you need. The decor was very nice and in keeping with the Lake Erie theme. The neighborhood was very quiet when we were there in early June. Great location, not too far to Erie and in the middle of the wine region. We also took a ride to Jamestown NY. The only thing we wished we had was a hot tub on the deck!! But we did appreciate the lounge chairs!

We had another wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! The views of the ever changing lake from many of the rooms and the gorgeous sunsets were highlights, but the house itself is clean, comfortable, and lovely. Ethan is a very responsive host and provides everything you need for your stay. We will be back!
