Cute little place. Comfortable. Mostly quiet for a city. I’d add some side tables in the bath n bed to set things on but had a great stay and the host was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you for putting up with us. Definitely recommend.

Everything about the property was as expected and the location was wonderful. We used VRBO assistance when host communication was not available. Otherwise our stay was good.

Little Get Away

We love staying at the Carriage House! Our hosts are always available for any question or need me might have, and the house is always clean, and well stocked with all the things that make a persons stay much more comfortable. The location is great! A very short drive to fun, and tasty restaurants. If you are looking for that one place to stay that feels like home, but just a little better, this is the place!

It was perfect for what we needed, just a place to sleep without the hassle of a hotel. I do wish there had been ice in the freezer.

Weekend Stay

Nice little cottage close to downtown. We were going to stay two nights, but ended up leaving early due to personal reasons. Host took care of everything so we could just leave. It would be nice to have more outlets in the bedroom and more bathroom counter space, but overall a cozy, little place to stay.

The Cottage House

This was the perfect little cottage house and met all our needs. It was very clean, and had all the amenities that you would want. The owners are very pleasant and quick to answer any questions that we might have. It is a 5 star accommodation and we will rent again in the future!

Lovely neighborhood

Lovely, quiet neighborhood; minimal street sounds. Prior to our arrival our host sent detailed, easy to follow instructions to our parking spot, which was very near the entry door. Host was very responsive to my text regarding WiFi password (which he had provided prior to my arrival but I had lost). Overall very pleasurable stay.

Excellent Property

The carriage house was perfect for us. The teen girls took over the living area and I had a room to myself. The space was clean and comfortable and the directions for parking and entering were easy. The hosts were incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. I would definitely stay again if I am ever in Ft. Smith.
