This is an idyllic location. Being a few minutes walk from a charming local beach surrounded by crystal turquoise blue seas. Our morning started with a swim and then a coffee at the beach cafe. It was a wonderful location to base our family vacation. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a plunge pool that we used every afternoon before returning to the beach. The small towns provided many a wonderful excursion all within 30mins. We will be back!

House is very clean, spacious, all utilities are new and in excellent shape. Our host, Giada, was excellent in everything, very helpful and very quick to respond to anything we needed even restaurant recommendations or reservations. She was huge part of this pleasant stay. We enjoyed our stay here and we would come back in future.

stylish villa with amazing views

Our last-minute booking in Costa Smeralda exceeded our expectations. The villa was pristinely clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable that our teenage kids didn’t want to get up. Spending time by the pool and the patios with the beautiful views of the sea and mountains was an unforgettable experience. Located closely to the Olbia airport and Costa Smeralda, 2 minutes’ walk to the most beautiful beach with turquoise color water of Baia Caddinas with nearby restaurants, bars and spas. We highly recommend it to families with kids.

Lovely house with great facilities. There is a family bedroom in the basement with a double bed and bunk beds, and two double bedrooms on the ground floor, with the kitchen and living area upstairs on the same level as the pool. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. There is also a guest bathroom and an elevator in the property. We had some issues with bicycles that were supposed to be at the property. I would advise anyone to have a car for their visit as it's a long and uphill walk to and from anywhere you want to go, which is difficult in hot weather. There are a couple of beaches down the hills and a supermarket down and up a hill. The house is air conditioned and the view from the top deck is beautiful.
