Welcome to our stylish and spacious upper unit of a two-family home, ideal for group trips. Enjoy the summer nights on the second-floor balcony. The updated kitchen, comfortable king/queen beds, and large living room provide the perfect space to relax. Located in a residential South Buffalo neighborhood, we are close to Cazenovia Park (0.6 mi), Mercy Hospital (0.3 mi), Buffalo Riverworks (4.9 mi), High Mark Stadium (5.5 mi), Key Bank Center (4.9 mi), and Niagara Falls (24.2 mi).

Christmas 2024

Being from So Bflo, I knew that the houses where a bit dated, however, this apartment was was modern and up to date. As soon as you walk in, the apartment was warm and cozy. The kitchen appliances were new and updated. The bedrooms were just right, and the living room was very spacious so if we have guests, there was plenty of room for all.If you are looking for a small place to stay, this would be it. Everything that you might need (restaurants, convenience stores, etc) is close by.When I go back home, this would be a place I would rent again.

Out of town family wedding

A++ Great communication with the host. Coming in from Florida, while a hurricane just passed through . So didnt get to enjoy one of the days but we made it in! Apartment is very nice. Off street parking was plenty! Would rent again ..

Grandparent needed some hugs

Went to Buffalo to see kids and grandkid. Home was conveniently located next to them. Only improvement I would suggest is to upgrade the tp and maybe reconsider the king bed frame. Long way to get up in my old age. But nice home.

Great Getaway

My friend and I decided to meet up in Buffalo for a weekend. The house was perfect size, in easy location, updated and very clean. The host is very nice and responsive. Would stay here again without a second thought.

Quiet and quaint

Very roomy and a quaint and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood about a half hour from Niagara Falls. Great communication with property owner.

Disappointed

The kitchen was lovely, rooms were a nice size, the apartment and neighborhood were very quiet and well kept. It was a great location between the Southtowns and Northtowns. But in spite of all of these positives, I would not rent from this owner again. There were no railings on about 16 stairs, no volume control on the TV which was set very low with closed captions turned on, almost no water pressure in bathroom sink, I could not locate a house manual, and last but not least, when I asked the owner about a couple of these issues, he did not respond. I didn't feel confident that I could get ahold of him if needed. I was in the apartment for a full week. I would not rent from this owner again.

Family reunion

Less than expected. Second rate stay. One bathroom sink did not work. Had to brush our teeth at the kitchen sink. Had to ask for them to put the furniture back on the front porch that was shown in the pictures of the listing. Missing hand rails. Prearranged access to the washing machine did not haooen. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place.

Family Vacation

My parents and I traveled from PA for a graduation up in that area. The place was amazing this was my 3rd Vrbo and my parents first they were truly amazed how easy the check in process went and the how clean and homey the place was.

Our Buffalo Weekend

Cute, clean and perfect location! My 24 yr old was ready to move in permanently :) The decor was great and the kitchen to die for! Thanks for the snacks and the comfy beds! We enjoyed every minute! Great neighborhood too.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

From the second we arrived at Brian's apartment we felt so welcome. It was equipped with everything you need and then some. You could tell right away that Brian cares about his guests and goes out of his way to ensure you have a quality experience. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice spot and location

Nicely updated unit in good condition. The location is great near downtown and the water. Safe and quiet street and neighborhood. The unit is up-to-date with all the amenities. The beds are good and there is plenty of room in the unit. Check-in was extremely easy and the owner was very responsive. The building is older which means you can hear the unit below but that is to be expected and wasn't a huge issue. Overall this is a great option when visiting south buffalo.

Great location and perfect unit!

We were only in Buffalo a few days and this location was absolutely ideal for easy access to Canal side and Buffalo Harbor and for going to Niagara Falls. It’s an adorable, updated upper unit of the house. I loved the updated features in the kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable. Brian was an attentive host that communicated and checked in regularly so we knew we were well taken care of.

South Buffalo Flat

Overall our stay was fine. Place was clean and somewhat remodeled. Location in South Buffalo was good and the parking was adequate. Only issue was the dishwasher, it is not installed right and has a bad smell. Hopefully owner can rectify that quickly.

Great little area with cozy features

Its definitely an older home with your average old home characteristics like squeaky floors and sealed off nooks and crannies that appeared to be old laundry chutes. But the kitchen is completely redone and the family room and dining areas are very spacious and the cute little roof patio was a great place to unwind at night. Definitely worth the stay. Owner was great at communicating throughout as needed. There is limited parking, so if you bring more than one vehicle I recommend messaging the owner first about options.

FELT LIKE HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Location was spot on; within 20 minutes of everywhere we went. Great communication with Host. Beautiful upgraded and remodeled kitchen and appliances. Already planning another stay in the near future!

Watch out

The apartment was ok and served our purpose for my daughter and I and her 2 kids to have time away from our chores, messy houses, etc. My worst memory of this place is the smell, opening the dishwasher I was knocked back by the stench of mold, the dishwasher itself was badly installed tho brand new by the owners claim. The kitchen floor had sticky areas and the beds and linens were soaked in Febreeze and barely usable, I slept on the couch. The owner needs to upgrade and supervise his cleaners - glasses on open shelves had to be rewashed. There were no handrails on the 2 flights of stairs. The neighborhood was ok, close to a hospital and Cazenovia Park - a lovely Olmsted landscape. There was no house manual - except online but no link...Overpriced for the low standard but workable.
