Well, it looks like we just got our first review in nearly 30 that is less than a 10/10. I guess that’s not too bad but on the few disappointing items you thought of to point out I’d like to clarify. The master bedroom that has the whole third floor has 9’ ceilings but yes on each side of the house due to code at the time the ceiling is lower on each side but this would be the first time anyone has had that concern and with so much space and ample walking around space this is the first time we have heard of this concern. In regarding the grill, well I guess as you stated it was not up to your clean standards. I check the grill each time and make sure there is plenty of propane, it seemed pretty good before you checked in. I cook for a living, and it was good enough for me. I may of just turned it on and let it burn clean, pretty easy fix instead of buying a grill or I would of gladly came over to tidy it up, we live just down the street and as with all the guests let you know if you had any concerns to let us know and we would take care of it right away. We live just down the street as we mentioned. The firepit really has me scratching my head. I built that a few years ago and is right on the water, just off the patio with plenty of outside chairs and the deck on the water is just 10’ away as shown in the pictures, not sure how we could improve that, chairs enough for eight people. There is firewood for sale along the lake and we also offer ours, we usually always let our renters know, apologies if we did not but again to find a place so close to the lake with the quality we offer is hard to find and I guess that is why we have only received 10/10 reviews. My wife had also corresponded by text and let you know to let us know if you needed anything after checking in. Thank you for your review and we will always try to improve our guests’ experience.
